小型數(shù)據(jù)中心氣流組織及能耗優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:The primary task of the data center air-conditioning system is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the server. To achieve this goal, air conditioning systems in many data centers operate under load, resulting in a waste of energy. This is mainly due to unreasonable airflow organization resulting in local area alarm and the activation of redundant refrigeration equipment. In order to save energy and study reasonable airflow distribution, a small data center with these problems was studied. First, the mathematical model is established by numerical analysis, then the boundary conditions needed in the simulation are provided with the measured data. The velocity field and temperature field are obtained by simulation, and the simulation results are verified with the measured data. Then the energy consumption level is evaluated with the evaluation parameters according to the measured and simulated results. Finally, the retrofit scheme is put forward. The results show that an intelligent fan system can effectively improve the airflow distribution in areas with poor thermal diffusion. Compared with the general ventilation system, the energy consumption of this system can be reduced by 38% per year.
