多熱源集中供熱系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究
[Abstract]:Multi-heat source networking technology is an advanced hot water pipe network operation technology developed on the basis of comprehensive application of water pump speed regulation technology and control technology in order to save resources, reduce system operation cost and improve economic efficiency. Compared with the traditional single heat source heating system, the special point of the multi-heat source branch pipe network system is the existence of the intersection point. The different position of the heat source makes each heat source bear different heat load and the power consumption of the circulating pump group is also different. So this paper presents a method to find the optimal intersection point in multi-heat source branch pipe network system. When the intersection position moves on the supervisor section, the system state will change only when a branch is crossed. Therefore, it is a discrete mathematical problem to determine the optimal position of the intersection point, and the "point-by-point method" can be used to find the optimal position. Firstly, in this paper, the power consumption of circulating water pump in the multi-heat source branch pipe network system and the operating cost of the heat source are taken as the optimization objective function, and the optimal intersection point is found under the design condition. The influence of these two factors on the optimal position of intersection point is analyzed. At the same time, this paper takes the dendritic pipe network system of three heat sources in a project in Jining district as the research object. According to the specific conditions of the heat source and circulating pump group in the system, the corresponding optimization objective function is established, and the optimization results are compared and analyzed. Therefore, the effectiveness of the objective function and optimization method proposed in this paper is verified, and the guidance is provided for the optimization design of multi-heat source hot water central heating network. Finally, this paper discusses the calculation method of the adjustment in the design process of the multi-heat source ring network system. In the multi-heat source ring network system, the number and position of the intersection points in the system are different due to the different structure of the ring network and the location of the heat source. In order to realize the hydraulic balance in the ring, it is necessary to satisfy the ring difference of all base rings is zero. By checking and calculating the heating system of a three-heat source ring pipe network in Jinan, this paper determines the position of each intersection point in the ring network under the design condition, and the rationality of the results obtained by calculation and analysis.
