融合自然生態(tài)要素的丘陵城市空間布局研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加快,給自然生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了巨大的沖擊,城市空間資源日趨緊張。在平原耕地嚴(yán)格保護(hù)的形勢下,城市建設(shè)必然要考慮丘陵地的利用。然而,丘陵地自然生態(tài)要素的豐富性、多樣性和復(fù)雜性決定了我們迫切需要探求一種合理的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)手段,既滿足城市空間擴(kuò)展的需要,又能保持良好的自然生態(tài)環(huán)境;谝陨媳尘,本文從城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)科的角度出發(fā),以生態(tài)學(xué)為主線,深入探討丘陵城市自然生態(tài)要素和城市空間布局之間的關(guān)系,探尋一種物質(zhì)空間建設(shè)與自然生態(tài)協(xié)同發(fā)展的空間布局方法。這對丘陵城市的發(fā)展,具有較大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本文主要可分為基礎(chǔ)理論研究、相關(guān)性研究、方法研究和實(shí)例研究四個(gè)部分。首先總結(jié)了城市空間布局、城市生態(tài)化建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論,提出從城市生態(tài)學(xué)的角度重新認(rèn)識城市,將城市生態(tài)規(guī)劃與城市規(guī)劃相結(jié)合,以生態(tài)城市作為當(dāng)前城市建設(shè)的目標(biāo),這為本文研究奠定了基本的研究思路和理論基礎(chǔ)。然后,針對丘陵城市這一城市類型,通過總結(jié)其自然生態(tài)要素的主要功能和基本特征,城市空間發(fā)展的門檻效應(yīng)和階段性特征,,分析丘陵城市空間布局與自然生態(tài)要素之間的相互影響,為本文研究融合自然生態(tài)要素的丘陵城市空間布局方法提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)切入點(diǎn)。接著,從城市生態(tài)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與評價(jià)、城市空間增長邊界的控制、城市空間規(guī)劃基本單元的劃分、城市綠色開放空間的構(gòu)建、城市結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)的選構(gòu)、城市道路系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化和城市功能布局的調(diào)整這七個(gè)方面來探討融合自然生態(tài)要素的丘陵城市空間布局方法,初步形成了一套融合自然生態(tài)要素的丘陵城市空間布局規(guī)劃途徑,這也是本文研究的核心部分。最后以湖南省安仁縣為例,將理論研究的成果應(yīng)用到具體城市規(guī)劃與建設(shè)中去,提出了安仁縣城市空間布局的宏觀框架和實(shí)施機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, it has brought great impact to the natural ecological environment, and the urban space resources are becoming increasingly tight. Under the situation of strict protection of plain cultivated land, urban construction must consider the utilization of hilly land. However, the richness, diversity and complexity of natural ecological elements in hilly areas determine that we urgently need to explore a reasonable means of planning and design, which can not only meet the needs of urban space expansion, but also maintain a good natural ecological environment. Based on the above background, this paper, from the perspective of urban and rural planning, taking ecology as the main line, deeply discusses the relationship between natural ecological elements and urban spatial distribution in hilly cities. To explore a spatial layout method of material space construction and natural ecological development. This is of great practical significance and application value to the development of hilly cities. This paper can be divided into four parts: basic theory research, correlation study, method research and case study. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of urban spatial layout and urban ecological construction, and puts forward a new understanding of the city from the perspective of urban ecology, combining urban ecological planning with urban planning, and taking ecological city as the goal of current urban construction. This has laid the basic research thought and the theory foundation for this article research. Then, according to the urban type of hilly city, by summing up the main functions and basic characteristics of its natural ecological elements, the threshold effect and stage characteristics of urban spatial development are summarized. This paper analyzes the interaction between urban spatial layout and natural ecological elements in hilly cities, which provides a realistic breakthrough point for the study of the spatial layout method of hilly cities which combines natural ecological elements. Then, from the survey and evaluation of urban ecological status, the control of urban spatial growth boundary, the division of basic units of urban spatial planning, the construction of urban green open space, the selection of urban structure, The optimization of urban road system and the adjustment of urban functional layout are seven aspects to discuss the method of spatial layout of hilly city which combines natural ecological elements, and form a set of planning approaches of urban spatial layout of hilly city which combines natural ecological elements. This is also the core of this study. Finally, taking Anren County in Hunan Province as an example, the paper applies the results of theoretical research to the specific urban planning and construction, and puts forward the macro framework and implementation mechanism of urban spatial layout in Anren County.
