【摘要】：本文首先將研究對(duì)象鎖定為集合住宅。隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)，如何利用有限的土地資源，讓集合住宅更好的適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)，為人們提供更良好的人居環(huán)境，是集合住宅設(shè)計(jì)中亟待解決的問(wèn)題。集合住宅的公共空間正是提升其品質(zhì)的至關(guān)重要的因素，是將集合住宅由簡(jiǎn)單的滿足人們最基本需要提升到成為滿足人們精神需求的場(chǎng)所。針對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)的國(guó)情以及集合住宅的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，針對(duì)居住需求的多樣性與空間設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀之間所存在的矛盾，本文講研究并厘清其具體存在的問(wèn)題，以便并提出針對(duì)性的解決法。 論文主體分為四個(gè)部分 第一部分，提出選題，對(duì)研究的目的和意義進(jìn)行闡述，確定文章的研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法。 第二部分，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外集合住宅的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行案例研究，，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，作為學(xué)習(xí)和參考。 第三部分，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)集合住宅設(shè)計(jì)案例研究，并對(duì)公共空間進(jìn)行使用狀況評(píng)價(jià)，發(fā)掘和分析中國(guó)國(guó)情下集合住宅公共空間實(shí)際遇到的問(wèn)題，總結(jié)解決問(wèn)題的方向。 第四部分，對(duì)小面積集合住宅內(nèi)部空間的具體設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。提出小面積集合住宅的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)首先專注于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)居住模塊，并將合適的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)居住模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)組合。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the research object is first locked in the set house. With the development of society and the advancement of urbanization, how to make use of the limited land resources, how to make the collective house better adapt to the market, and how to provide people with a better living environment is an urgent problem to be solved in the design of collective housing. The public space of the collective residence is the most important factor to improve its quality. It is to upgrade the collective residence from the simple to meet the basic needs of people to meet the spiritual needs of people. In view of the current situation of China and the development of collective housing, and the contradiction between the diversity of housing demand and the present situation of space design, this paper studies and clarifies the specific problems, in order to put forward targeted solutions. The main body of the paper is divided into four parts: the first part, the topic, the purpose and significance of the study, and the content and method of the research. The second part, the domestic and foreign collective house design experiment carries on the case study, summarizes the experience, serves as the study and the reference. In the third part, the author makes a case study on the domestic collective housing design, evaluates the use of public space, explores and analyzes the practical problems encountered in the collective housing public space under the national conditions of China, and summarizes the direction of solving the problems. In the fourth part, the specific design of the inner space of small-area collective residence is studied. It is put forward that the design of small area collective residence should focus on the standard residence module and combine the appropriate standard residence module.
