天津某住宅小區(qū)綠色建筑評價分析

【摘要】:伴隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展思想的逐漸成熟,人們對綠色建筑的認知觀念也逐漸由單一的技術(shù)目標演變?yōu)椤碍h(huán)境—經(jīng)濟—社會”復(fù)合目標。將建筑對環(huán)境的影響控制在自然生態(tài)承載力水平范圍內(nèi),實現(xiàn)自然環(huán)境與人們的社會、文化、心理需求相融合,構(gòu)建和諧健康的新生態(tài)文化。在建筑全生命周期過程中,我們必須協(xié)調(diào)好滿足經(jīng)濟需求與保護生態(tài)環(huán)境之間的矛盾。 目前,綠色建筑評價工作在我國還處于起步階段,,以住宅小區(qū)為邊界的綠色建筑評價體系由于其廣泛的適用性對推動綠色建筑評價體系的發(fā)展起著重要的推動作用。本研究依據(jù)綠色建筑評價標準,對住宅小區(qū)綠色建筑評價體系進行了分析。并以天津市某住宅小區(qū)為例,分別從節(jié)地與室外環(huán)境、節(jié)能與能源利用、節(jié)水與水資源利用、節(jié)材與材料資源利用、室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量和運營管理等方面對所選取的研究對象進行了綠色建筑等級的評估模擬,給出了模擬計算結(jié)果并進行定量分析與研究。同時,對按照綠色建筑標準建設(shè)的該住宅小區(qū)在建筑的全壽命周期內(nèi)進行了增量成本分析與研究。 本研究結(jié)果表明,將以往的綠色建筑單項技術(shù)進行整合,建立一套從建筑全壽命周期角度出發(fā),平衡人的建筑活動對資源的消耗、對環(huán)境的影響的有機綜合評價系統(tǒng),開展綠色住宅小區(qū)項目評價,并將其納入到社會經(jīng)濟體系中去。可以實現(xiàn)綠色住宅小區(qū)項目的開發(fā)決策階段、規(guī)劃階段、設(shè)計階段、施工階段、運行維護階段、改造再利用階段等進行同步評估,確保每一環(huán)節(jié)的建筑品質(zhì)。 通過對該小區(qū)合理采用節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材及其他綠色技術(shù),本住宅項目目前的設(shè)計可達到我國《綠色建筑評價標準》住宅部分三星級設(shè)計標識要求。降低了建筑耗電量、耗水量和其他資源消耗量,具有良好的環(huán)境效益、社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of sustainable development, people's concept of green architecture has gradually evolved from a single technical goal to a "environment-economy-society" compound goal. The influence of architecture on the environment is controlled within the range of natural ecological carrying capacity to realize the integration of natural environment and people's social, cultural and psychological needs, and to construct a harmonious and healthy new ecological culture. In the whole life cycle of architecture, we must coordinate the contradiction between meeting the economic needs and protecting the ecological environment. At present, green building evaluation work is still in its infancy in our country. The green building evaluation system with residential district as the boundary plays an important role in promoting the development of green building evaluation system because of its wide applicability. According to the evaluation standard of green building, the evaluation system of green building in residential district is analyzed. Taking a residential district in Tianjin as an example, the paper analyzes the land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resource utilization, and the utilization of material and material resources, respectively. In the aspects of indoor environmental quality and operation management, the evaluation and simulation of green building grade are carried out, and the results of simulation calculation are given, and the quantitative analysis and research are carried out. At the same time, the incremental cost analysis and research are carried out in the whole life cycle of the residential district built according to the green building standard. The results show that the former green building technology is integrated to establish an organic comprehensive evaluation system to balance the consumption of resources and the impact of human construction activities on the environment from the perspective of building life cycle. Carry out green residential district project evaluation, and bring it into the social and economic system. The development decision stage, planning stage, design stage, construction stage, operation and maintenance stage, reconstruction and reuse stage of the green residential district project can be evaluated synchronously to ensure the building quality of each link. Through the rational use of land saving, energy saving, water saving, material saving and other green technologies, the present design of this residential project can meet the requirements of the three-star design marking of the residential part of the "Green Building Evaluation Standard" in China. It reduces the consumption of electricity, water and other resources of construction, and has good environmental, social and economic benefits.
