吹填型圍海造地建筑地基加固方法比較研究

【摘要】:近年來,伴隨著全國各沿海城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,許多港口工程、圍堰和濱海新區(qū)開始建設(shè),土地資源已經(jīng)成為制約其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,開發(fā)利用灘涂資源和發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的首要工程即利用沿海灘涂進(jìn)行圍海造地工程,以緩解經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和土地資源的相對匾乏之間的矛盾。 目前填海造地的方法有很多,其中由于在經(jīng)濟(jì)性及其快速性方面的優(yōu)勢,吹填法已經(jīng)成為有效且應(yīng)用廣泛的技術(shù)。但是為了盡快的進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),以滿足招商引資等需求,吹填造陸到工程建設(shè)的周期越來越短。因此圍海造地后吹填土的地基處理方法必須適應(yīng)目前嚴(yán)峻的形勢,不僅時間緊迫,同時又面臨著所需處理土體為淤泥、淤泥質(zhì)土等軟弱土,砂土運(yùn)輸?shù)碾y度大、成本高、大型機(jī)械無法進(jìn)場等不利情況。 本文是在前人研究工作的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合各吹填型圍海造地建筑地基加固的工程實(shí)例,主要進(jìn)行了以下的工作: (1)總結(jié)并對比了目前適用于吹填型圍海造地建筑地基加固方法和各方法的適用條件。 (2)分析研究圍海造地建筑地基處理實(shí)例,并總結(jié)各案例成功與失敗經(jīng)驗。 (3)對吹填型圍海造地建筑地基加固進(jìn)行比較研究。 (4)對將來圍海造地建筑地基處理方法進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid economic development of coastal cities in China, many port projects, cofferdams and new coastal areas began to be built, and land resources have become a key factor restricting their sustainable development. Therefore, the first project of exploiting and utilizing the resources of the tidal flat and developing the marine economy is to use the coastal tidal flat for the reclamation of the sea, in order to alleviate the contradiction between the rapid economic development and the relative shortage of the land resources. At present, there are many methods of land reclamation, among which, because of its advantages in economy and rapidity, blow filling has become an effective and widely used technology. But in order to carry on the infrastructure construction as soon as possible in order to meet the demand of attracting investment and so on, the period from filling land to engineering construction is getting shorter and shorter. Therefore, the foundation treatment method of filling soil after reclamation must adapt to the severe situation at present. It is not only urgent in time, but also faced with the need to deal with soft soil such as silt, silt soil and other soft soil, so the transportation of sand is difficult and high cost. Large machinery can not enter the field and other adverse conditions. This paper is based on the previous research work, combined with the engineering examples of each type of reclamation construction foundation reinforcement. The main works are as follows: (1) summarizing and comparing the current methods and conditions of foundation reinforcement for reclamation buildings. (2) analyzing and studying the examples of foundation treatment of reclaimed land buildings. The successful and failed experiences of each case are summarized. (3) the comparative study on the foundation reinforcement of the reclaimed land building is carried out. (4) the treatment method of the foundation of the land reclamation building in the future is discussed.
