電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中通訊系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著人們生活水平的提高,高層建筑的數(shù)量越來越多,人們對于電梯的需求日益廣泛,應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)越來越受到廣大廠商和用戶的重視。而在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)高速發(fā)達(dá)的情況下,電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不在局限于在固定的計算機(jī)監(jiān)控中心通過PC機(jī)同現(xiàn)場總線相連來達(dá)到監(jiān)控,遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和實時監(jiān)控才能夠保證對電梯信息和故障的更好獲取。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的功能是維保人員、生產(chǎn)廠商對運(yùn)行在大型住宅區(qū)域的電梯進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,獲取電梯的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)、故障信息,從而及時發(fā)現(xiàn)故障,,分析和排除故障。 本文根據(jù)電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實際需求,分析了通訊系統(tǒng)存在的問題,并結(jié)合了CAN總線技術(shù)和工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù),提出了通訊系統(tǒng)的整體方案。該方案主要需要實現(xiàn)CAN總線接入Internet的功能。 本文以LPC2368微控制器為核心,與CAN通信模塊和以太網(wǎng)控制模塊一起構(gòu)建了硬件系統(tǒng)。然后,對系統(tǒng)軟件通信進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計。主要實現(xiàn)了底層的設(shè)備驅(qū)動、實現(xiàn)TCP/IP協(xié)議,從而建立一條完整的數(shù)據(jù)通路。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)通信存在的問題,采用不斷發(fā)生心跳包的方式保持通信系統(tǒng)的可靠性,最終實現(xiàn)了電梯采集設(shè)備通過CAN總線接入Internet,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的數(shù)據(jù)中心通過該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對電梯采集設(shè)備的訪問,達(dá)到雙向通信的目的。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards, the number of high-rise buildings is increasing, and the demand for elevator is becoming more and more extensive. The elevator monitoring system has been paid more and more attention by the manufacturers and users. In the case of Internet technology and high speed development of communication technology, the elevator monitoring system is not limited to fixed. The computer monitoring center is connected to the field bus by PC to achieve monitoring. Remote monitoring and real-time monitoring can guarantee the better access to information and fault of the elevator. On this basis, the elevator remote monitoring system is proposed. The function of the elevator remote monitoring system is the maintenance personnel, the manufacturer's power to run in the large residential area. The ladder is monitored remotely, and the elevator running state data and fault information are obtained, so as to detect faults in time, analyze and remove faults.
According to the actual demand of the elevator remote monitoring system, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the communication system, and combines the CAN bus technology and the industrial Ethernet technology, and puts forward the overall scheme of the communication system. This scheme mainly needs to realize the function of the CAN bus access to Internet.
In this paper, the hardware system is built with the LPC2368 microcontroller and the CAN communication module and the Ethernet control module. Then, the system software communication is designed in detail. The main realization of the underlying device driver, the implementation of the TCP/IP protocol, and the establishment of a complete data path. When the heartbeat is broken, the reliability of the communication system is maintained. Finally, the elevator acquisition equipment is connected to the Internet through the CAN bus. The data center on the Internet realizes the access to the elevator acquisition equipment through the system, and achieves the purpose of two-way communication.
