低碳生態(tài)視角下哈爾濱避暑城綠色交通體系對策研究

【摘要】:從上個世紀(jì)工業(yè)革新開始,過速發(fā)展的城市化進(jìn)程和工業(yè)化發(fā)展都使城市社會在經(jīng)濟進(jìn)步的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生了大量的污染問題。這就使得城市交通在協(xié)助城市化進(jìn)程的基礎(chǔ)上也帶來了一系列弊病。為了解決城市交通污染問題,“綠色交通”這一概念應(yīng)運而生。而由于綠色交通發(fā)展指標(biāo)主要涉及低碳、生態(tài)兩大視角,也使這兩大因素成為目前國內(nèi)外評價綠色交通體系發(fā)展可持續(xù)性的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 首先,本文研究了與綠色交通體系相關(guān)的概念和內(nèi)涵,對于交通的可持續(xù)發(fā)展下這一理念及框架的研究,分析了城市交通體系中出現(xiàn)的污染問題及污染產(chǎn)生的來源,并針對分析結(jié)論做出一些可供參考的解決方案。對于目前世界上比較常見的低碳、生態(tài)兩方面定量計算方法進(jìn)行分析,并研究了各類測算方法適用的范圍。利用理論基礎(chǔ)的測算方式對綠色交通體系的碳排放、生態(tài)化進(jìn)行測算和研究,得出適宜評價交通體系的指標(biāo)體系,最終得出適宜綠色交通體系低碳生態(tài)化的發(fā)展模式及途徑。 其次,以哈爾濱避暑城的綠色交通體系規(guī)劃為例,對現(xiàn)狀交通狀況做出綜合性評價,,針對上一版本哈爾濱避暑城的總體規(guī)劃進(jìn)行分析對比,分析避暑城用地條件、環(huán)境因子及綠色交通的影響因素,同時對其綠色交通體系前后規(guī)劃的不同做出比對,從中尋求適宜的綠色交通規(guī)劃模式。 隨后,針對低碳生態(tài)定量方法的具體分析和測算,提出適合避暑城交通發(fā)展的綠色交通策略:首先提出綠色交通的發(fā)展目標(biāo)以及策略,并針對低碳生態(tài)角度給出相應(yīng)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及管理措施;生態(tài)角度利用GIS分析的環(huán)境因子數(shù)據(jù)得出適宜的分區(qū)域景觀交通規(guī)劃節(jié)點模式;同時,針對低碳手段,提出適宜避暑城的低碳生態(tài)的交通方式和交通管理體系。采用以上諸多策略最終達(dá)到城市交通系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的綠色化、低碳化和生態(tài)化,以期令避暑城的交通體系在運營順暢的基礎(chǔ)上,最大程度保障其生態(tài)環(huán)境的綠色。 最后,根據(jù)定量指標(biāo)分析方法,對避暑城的交通能源使用以及低碳生態(tài)的指標(biāo)制定詳細(xì)的指標(biāo)體系設(shè)定,用于規(guī)范整個哈爾濱避暑城的低碳生態(tài)設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of industrial innovation in the last century, the rapid development of urbanization and the development of industrialization have led to a large number of pollution problems in urban society on the basis of economic progress. This makes urban traffic in the process of urbanization on the basis of a series of drawbacks. In order to solve the problem of urban traffic pollution, the concept of "green traffic" came into being. Because the development index of green transportation mainly involves low carbon and ecology, these two factors have become the standard to evaluate the sustainable development of green transportation system at home and abroad. First of all, this paper studies the concept and connotation of green traffic system, studies the concept and framework of sustainable development of traffic, and analyzes the pollution problems and sources of pollution in urban transportation system. And the conclusion of the analysis to make some reference solutions. This paper analyzes the quantitative calculation methods of low carbon and ecology in the world, and studies the scope of application of all kinds of calculation methods. The carbon emission and ecologicalization of green transportation system are measured and studied by the method of calculation based on theory, and the index system suitable for evaluation of transportation system is obtained. Finally, the development mode and approach of low-carbon ecological system of green transportation system are obtained. Secondly, taking the green transportation system planning of Harbin Summer Resort as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the current traffic situation, analyzes and compares the overall planning of the last version of Harbin Summer Resort, and analyzes the land use conditions of the Summer Resort. The environmental factors and the influence factors of green traffic are compared, and the suitable green traffic planning mode is sought from the different planning of green transportation system. Then, according to the specific analysis and calculation of low-carbon ecological quantitative method, the green traffic strategy suitable for the development of summer city traffic is put forward: firstly, the development goal and strategy of green traffic are put forward. In view of the low carbon ecological angle, the corresponding infrastructure and management measures are given. From the ecological point of view, using the environmental factor data analyzed by GIS, the appropriate node model of landscape traffic planning is obtained. At the same time, aiming at the low carbon means, A low carbon ecological traffic mode and traffic management system suitable for summer city are put forward. The above strategies are adopted to achieve the green, low-carbon and ecological development of urban transportation system, in order to make the transportation system of summer city run smoothly and ensure the green of its ecological environment to the greatest extent. Finally, according to the quantitative index analysis method, a detailed index system for the transportation energy use and the low carbon ecological index of the summer resort city is set up, which is used to standardize the low-carbon ecological design of the whole Harbin summer resort city.
