FRP加固混凝土梁抗彎性能有限元分析

【摘要】:混凝土材料由于其自身諸多的優(yōu)點(diǎn),多年來(lái)一直在土木工程中被廣泛應(yīng)用。混凝土是一種由骨料和砂漿構(gòu)成的非線性材料,由于混凝土澆筑初期的硬化過(guò)程和水化作用,使得骨料和砂漿結(jié)合面處存在大量的初始裂縫。很多研究表明:混凝土的非線性就是由于這些裂縫的張開(kāi)、閉合和發(fā)展造成的,混凝土損傷過(guò)程涉及許多重要的細(xì)觀力學(xué)機(jī)制。目前國(guó)際上已經(jīng)開(kāi)始注意到從混凝土細(xì)觀尺度出發(fā)研究混凝土宏觀損傷與斷裂過(guò)程的許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),尤其是當(dāng)今計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,為從細(xì)觀層次研究宏觀層次的力學(xué)問(wèn)題開(kāi)辟了廣闊的前景。本論文立足于對(duì)混凝土材料特性的認(rèn)識(shí),通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)理論中的Weibull分布來(lái)表征混凝土材料力學(xué)參數(shù)的非均質(zhì)性,分析了不同均質(zhì)度對(duì)混凝土力學(xué)性能的影響;改進(jìn)了Weibull分布表征的隨機(jī)分布形式,引入空間相關(guān)尺度因子,對(duì)隨機(jī)場(chǎng)內(nèi)空間相關(guān)尺度因子對(duì)材料性能的影響進(jìn)行了分析。此外,基于梁截面彎矩-曲率關(guān)系分析方法和共軛梁法,利用Fortran語(yǔ)言編制非線性有限元程序?qū)RP加固混凝土梁進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬分析,計(jì)算得到的荷載-撓度曲線可以與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較好吻合;提出滯后應(yīng)變計(jì)算方法,并且與現(xiàn)有方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明本文計(jì)算方法具有較高的計(jì)算精度;推導(dǎo)出FRP加固混凝土梁抗彎承載力計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果均較為近似。
[Abstract]:Concrete material has been widely used in civil engineering for many years because of its many advantages. Concrete is a nonlinear material consisting of aggregate and mortar. Due to the hardening process and hydration of concrete at the early stage of concrete pouring, there are many initial cracks in the combination of aggregate and mortar. A lot of studies show that the concrete is mixed with concrete. The nonlinearity of the soil is due to the opening, closing and development of these cracks. The damage process of concrete involves many important meso mechanical mechanisms. At present, many advantages of concrete macroscopic damage and fracture process have been paid attention to from the meso scale of concrete, especially in today's computer technology. This paper has opened up a broad prospect for studying the mechanical problems at the macro level from the meso level. This paper is based on the understanding of the properties of concrete materials, characterizing the heterogeneity of the mechanical parameters of concrete materials through the Weibull distribution in the statistical theory, and analyzing the influence of the different homogenization on the mechanical properties of concrete; and the improvement of Weibull The spatial correlation scale factor is introduced to analyze the influence of spatial correlation scale factors on the properties of the material. In addition, based on the beam section bending moment curvature relationship analysis method and the conjugate beam method, the nonlinear finite element program is used in the Fortran language to carry out the numerical value of the FRP reinforced concrete beams. The simulated analysis shows that the calculated load deflection curve can be in good agreement with the test results, and the lagging strain calculation method is proposed and compared with the existing methods. The results show that the calculation method of this method has a higher calculation precision. The calculation formula of the bending bearing capacity of FRP reinforced concrete beams is derived, and the calculation results and the experimental results and numbers are also derived. The results of the value simulation are all similar.
