菏澤市牡丹區(qū)商業(yè)步行街人性化景觀環(huán)境調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)步行街是人們購物、休憩、娛樂等活動的主要場所,其景觀環(huán)境是一個重要的城市空間,對樹立城市形象、營建和諧的城市商業(yè)經(jīng)營氛圍具有重要作用,也是未來城市建設(shè)的側(cè)重點。菏澤市地處中國山東省西南部,牡丹區(qū)是菏澤市的行政規(guī)劃區(qū)域,屬于山東省經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)。論文通過對其建設(shè)較早、較具代表性的兩個商業(yè)步行街—牡丹步行街和香格里拉步行街進行詳細、全面地調(diào)查、分析與研究,探尋到更為系統(tǒng)、完善的商業(yè)步行街人性化景觀設(shè)計的方式,為促進菏澤市牡丹區(qū)商業(yè)步行街的健康發(fā)展、提高其景觀質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生積極影響,并為菏澤市及相類似地區(qū)的商業(yè)步行街景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計提供參考與借鑒。 本文從商業(yè)步行街的發(fā)展、國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀開始入手,從大中城市優(yōu)秀的設(shè)計案例中分析出人性化景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計的研究思路。再從人性化的概念、內(nèi)涵引申到商業(yè)步行街人性化景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計理論,以此人性化理論為基礎(chǔ),采用現(xiàn)場測量、觀察、問卷調(diào)查等方法,對牡丹商業(yè)步行街和香格里拉步行街進行詳實的調(diào)查,再從人的行為模式和心理需求的層面上進行對比分析,得出菏澤市牡丹區(qū)商業(yè)步行街景觀環(huán)境人性化設(shè)計仍存在一些問題:第一,人性化的空間形態(tài)不合理;第二,景觀元素的人性化組織設(shè)計不完善;第三,交通模式不完善,,停車位不滿足需要;第四,只滿足了購物、休閑功能,未滿足旅游、游憩等其他景觀功能要求。最后筆者針對空間、景觀元素、交通、功能四個方面提出菏澤市牡丹區(qū)商業(yè)步行街相應的人性化景觀設(shè)計對策。
[Abstract]:Commercial pedestrian street is the main place of people's shopping, rest, entertainment and so on. Its landscape environment is an important urban space, which plays an important role in setting up a city image and building a harmonious city business atmosphere. It is also the focus of urban construction in the future. Heze City is located in the southwest of Shandong Province, and Mudan District is the administrative planning area of Heze City, which belongs to the underdeveloped area of Shandong Province. Through the detailed and comprehensive investigation, analysis and research on the two commercial pedestrian streets, the Peony Walking Street and the Shangri-La pedestrian Street, which were built earlier and more representative, the thesis explores a more systematic approach. In order to promote the healthy development of commercial pedestrian street in Mudan District of Heze City and improve its landscape quality, the perfect way of humanized landscape design of pedestrian street has a positive effect. It also provides reference and reference for the landscape design of commercial pedestrian street in Heze city and similar areas. This paper starts with the development of commercial pedestrian street and the present situation of domestic research, and analyzes the research ideas of humanized landscape environment design from the excellent design cases of large and medium-sized cities. Then from the concept of humanization, the connotation is extended to the theory of humanized landscape environment design of commercial pedestrian street. Based on the theory of humanization, the methods of on-site measurement, observation, questionnaire investigation and so on are adopted. To the Peony commercial pedestrian street and Shangri-La pedestrian street to carry on the detailed investigation, then carries on the contrast analysis from the human behavior pattern and the psychological demand level, It is concluded that there are still some problems in the humanized design of the landscape environment of the commercial pedestrian street in Mudan District of Heze City: first, the humanized space form is unreasonable; second, the humanized organization design of the landscape elements is not perfect; thirdly, the traffic mode is not perfect. Parking space does not meet the needs; fourth, only to meet the shopping, leisure function, not to meet the tourism, recreation and other landscape function requirements. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding humanized landscape design countermeasures for the commercial pedestrian street in Mudan District of Heze City from four aspects: space, landscape elements, traffic and function.
