【摘要】：2012年長(zhǎng)沙市天心區(qū)城市管理局等部門發(fā)起天心區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境綜合整治設(shè)計(jì)征集活動(dòng)。本研究選取社區(qū)整治一項(xiàng),其中主要針對(duì)天心區(qū)工農(nóng)橋社區(qū)、義茶亭社區(qū)、狀元坡社區(qū)。本研究旨在為長(zhǎng)沙市天心區(qū)舊城社區(qū)環(huán)境整治提供建設(shè)性建議。通過(guò)研究找到適合天心區(qū)舊城社區(qū)改造的對(duì)策和方法,從而提升居民生活品質(zhì)；營(yíng)造天心區(qū)特色歷史文化的整體氛圍；優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 本研究主要運(yùn)用案例研究法、對(duì)比分析法、調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法等。本研究通過(guò)收集相關(guān)資料信息、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查等方法,研究長(zhǎng)沙市天心區(qū)舊城社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,了解長(zhǎng)沙近幾年社區(qū)環(huán)境整治概況及不足；通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市更新中社區(qū)改造成功案例的分析和經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,得到適用于長(zhǎng)沙市天心區(qū)社區(qū)環(huán)境綜合整治的啟發(fā)性經(jīng)驗(yàn)和手段；從社區(qū)主體因子、隱體因子、連體因子、載體因子四方面,將天心區(qū)舊城社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀與現(xiàn)代商品住宅社區(qū)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,總結(jié)對(duì)其整治具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)和面臨的劣勢(shì),并找到整治的目標(biāo)和方向；最終從工程措施的景觀環(huán)境改造和非工程措施引導(dǎo)和管理兩個(gè)層面,提出長(zhǎng)沙市天心區(qū)舊城社區(qū)環(huán)境綜合整治的建設(shè)性對(duì)策,并針對(duì)工農(nóng)橋、義茶亭、狀元坡3個(gè)社區(qū)提出具體方案。 本論文主要研究成果如下：①借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)典案例的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出適合天心區(qū)舊城社區(qū)環(huán)境綜合整治的原則和對(duì)策；②以長(zhǎng)沙市天心區(qū)工農(nóng)橋社區(qū)、義茶亭社區(qū)和狀元坡社區(qū)為例,給出了環(huán)境綜合整治的具體設(shè)計(jì)方案。對(duì)提高長(zhǎng)沙市天心區(qū)舊城社區(qū)的綜合環(huán)境具有一定科學(xué)性和可行性的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In 2012, Changsha Tianxin District Urban Administration and other departments launched the Tianxin District urban and rural comprehensive environmental design campaign. This study selected a community remediation, which mainly aimed at Tianxin District, the agricultural and industrial communities, Yi tea kiosk community, Yuanyanpo community. The purpose of this study is to provide constructive suggestions for community environmental improvement in Tianxin District of Changsha City. Through the research to find out the appropriate measures and methods for the community transformation of the old city in Tianxin District, so as to improve the quality of life of the residents; to create the overall atmosphere of historical culture with the characteristics of Tianxin District; to optimize the investment environment; to promote economic development. This research mainly uses the case study method, the contrast analysis method, the investigation method, the literature method and so on. Through collecting relevant information and field investigation, this study studies the current situation and existing problems of the community in Tianxin District of Changsha City, and understands the general situation and shortcomings of community environmental improvement in Changsha in recent years. Based on the analysis and experience of successful cases of community reconstruction in urban renewal at home and abroad, the enlightening experience and means of community environment comprehensive improvement in Tianxin District of Changsha City are obtained, including community subject factor, hidden body factor, conjunctive factor, community main body factor, concealment factor, conjunctive factor, and so on. Four aspects of carrier factors, the current situation of the old city community in Tianxin District and the modern commercial residential community were compared and analyzed, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of its renovation, and found out the goal and direction of the renovation; Finally, from two aspects of landscape environmental reconstruction and non-engineering measures of engineering measures, the constructive countermeasures for comprehensive environmental improvement of the old city community in Tianxin District of Changsha City are put forward, and aiming at the working-agriculture bridge and the Yiyi Tea Pavilion, the paper puts forward the constructive countermeasures for the comprehensive improvement of the community environment in Tianxin District of Changsha City. The top three communities put forward specific plans. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. Drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign classical cases, the paper puts forward the principles and countermeasures for comprehensive environmental improvement of the community in Tianxin District, Changsha City, and puts forward the countermeasures to the working-agriculture bridge community in Tianxin District of Changsha City. The concrete design scheme of comprehensive environmental regulation is given for the community of Yiqingting and Zhuangyuanpo as examples. It has certain scientific and feasible guiding significance to improve the comprehensive environment of the old city community in Tianxin District of Changsha City.
