EPC模式下分包商優(yōu)選評(píng)價(jià)模型及應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In recent years, EPC general contracting mode has developed vigorously in our country. Engineering subcontracting is a common way for general contractors to share project tasks and risks. At the same time, subcontracting and illegal subcontracting threaten the quality of projects and damage the interests of general contractors. Therefore, how to select and manage the subcontracting enterprises has become an important issue affecting the development of the construction enterprises. However, at this stage, there is no unified understanding of the construction subcontractor selection method and selection process. In this paper, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to select the subcontractor of EPC contractor as the main body of the research. The content of this paper is mainly divided into four aspects: firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of EPC general contracting mode in China, including the characteristics of EPC mode subcontracting, the main problems and countermeasures of subcontractors, and the analysis of general subcontracting relationship. Thus, it lays a foundation for EPC project general contracting enterprises to select subcontractors reasonably. Secondly, it discusses the selection method of subcontractors under EPC mode. On the basis of analyzing the basic process of domestic bid evaluation and combining with the characteristics of EPC project, it starts with four aspects: subcontract planning, qualification review, bidding method and bid evaluation. The main principles of optimal selection of EPC project subcontractors are determined, including bidding method, pricing model and bid evaluation method, as well as risk management of subcontracting. Furthermore, based on the set pair analysis and information entropy method, the evaluation model of subcontractor selection in EPC mode is established. The establishment of the model index system fully reflects the characteristics of the subcontractor and distinguishes it from the contractor evaluation index. The definition and quantification method of each evaluation index are put forward. Finally, applying to an EPC engineering example, using the subcontractor optimal selection method proposed in this paper, a subcontractor optimal selection evaluation model is established. The result of the optimal selection is consistent with that obtained by the comprehensive evaluation method. The rationality and feasibility of the subcontractor optimal selection method and model established in this paper are verified.
