【摘要】：當今中國的醫(yī)院建筑正開展著醫(yī)學模式、醫(yī)療科技和產權體制的重大變革,這將在醫(yī)院的功能結構、流線組織、空間形態(tài)和價值觀念等方面產生巨大的影響。我國正處于醫(yī)療改革初期,一些大城市的大型綜合醫(yī)院都在改建、擴建乃至異地新建,而且相信在未來10年會有更多的中小城市也要對醫(yī)院進行必要的更新。 門診部作為醫(yī)院建筑的重要組成部分,是病人在醫(yī)院建筑中首先接觸到的空間,是整個就醫(yī)程序的開端。門診部醫(yī)療環(huán)境設計的好壞將對病人的治療康復進程產生重要的影響。大凡接觸過醫(yī)院建筑(門診部)設計的建筑師,或多或少都會被其復雜且不斷變化的功能與空間形式所困擾,進而感到無從下手,與自然界其它復雜事物一樣,在這些變化與繁雜的表象下面,必然有著其內在的普遍規(guī)律。而醫(yī)院的設計規(guī)律可用系統(tǒng)化設計語言來實現(xiàn)。本論文回顧了醫(yī)院建筑門診部的發(fā)展過程,從人的行為出發(fā),按照系統(tǒng)化的分析方法,對醫(yī)院建筑門診部逐級進行了探討,結合調研實例,探討醫(yī)院建筑門診部設計的模式語言,從而使建筑師在從事醫(yī)院建筑門診部的設計工作時能夠有所參考,減少不必要的重復探索。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the hospital architecture in China is undergoing great changes in medical model, medical science and technology and property right system, which will have a great impact on the functional structure, streamline organization, spatial form and value concept of the hospital. China is in the early stage of medical reform, some large general hospitals in big cities are being rebuilt, expanded and even built in other places, and it is believed that in the next 10 years, more small and medium-sized cities will also need to carry out necessary renewal of the hospitals. As an important part of hospital building, outpatient department is the first contact space in hospital building and the beginning of the whole procedure. The design of outpatient medical environment will have an important impact on the treatment and rehabilitation process of patients. Most architects who have come into contact with the design of hospital buildings (outpatient departments) are more or less troubled by their complex and constantly changing functions and spatial forms, and feel helpless, just like other complex things in nature. Under these changes and complicated appearance, must have its inherent universal law. The design law of hospital can be realized by systematic design language. This paper reviews the development process of the outpatient department of hospital architecture, starting from the human behavior, according to the systematic analysis method, discusses the outpatient department of the hospital building step by step, combined with the investigation example, This paper probes into the mode language of the design of hospital architectural outpatient department, so that the architect can refer to the design work of hospital architectural outpatient department and reduce unnecessary repeated exploration.
