【摘要】：園林綠地作為唯一具有生命力的城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,是城市精神文明和生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的載體。城市公園正是這兩個(gè)文明建設(shè)的結(jié)合點(diǎn),也是這兩個(gè)文明建設(shè)成果的展示平臺(tái)。城市公園是城市建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容之一,作為城市生活主要的綠色開放空間,它不但是城市景觀、城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,而且是城市居民進(jìn)行休閑游憩活動(dòng)的場(chǎng)地,人與人之間交往溝通、文化教育等傳播的場(chǎng)所,同時(shí)也擔(dān)負(fù)著美化城市環(huán)境、改善區(qū)域小氣候、提供避難場(chǎng)所等作用,是人們與綠色自然接觸最直接的城市綠地。同時(shí),它還是城市建設(shè)用地、城市綠地系統(tǒng)和城市市政公共設(shè)施、城市環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要組成部分,是體現(xiàn)城市整體環(huán)境水平和居民生活質(zhì)量的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。如今,隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的快速推進(jìn),城市公園的建設(shè)也得到迅速發(fā)展,在過去的30多年間,無論是數(shù)量和規(guī)模、類型和風(fēng)格,還是在設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理以及與城市綠地系統(tǒng)相協(xié)調(diào)等方面,我國(guó)城市公園建設(shè)都得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。 城市公園是城市重要的社會(huì)空間和城市綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,對(duì)改善城市環(huán)境,提高城市居民生活質(zhì)量具有重要意義。城市化進(jìn)程的深入帶動(dòng)我國(guó)城市公園建設(shè)在不斷取得前所未有的成就的同時(shí),在如何進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的問題也面臨許多困惑,其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與未來城市公園的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)也越來越多地引起人們的關(guān)注。本文以此為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在大量查閱統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒、研讀城市公園相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市公園的發(fā)展歷史演進(jìn)、基礎(chǔ)理論、發(fā)展特征及其對(duì)城市開放空間的整體關(guān)系的研究,結(jié)合歸納統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)與列舉實(shí)踐案例,提出當(dāng)代我國(guó)城市公園發(fā)展面臨的共性問題與健康發(fā)展的基本策略,討論其未來發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)特點(diǎn)。希望通過本研究,對(duì)當(dāng)下我國(guó)城市公園發(fā)展與建設(shè)的完善提供有效的借鑒,喚起人們對(duì)如何使城市公園的發(fā)展建設(shè)融入并引導(dǎo)城市建設(shè)、滿足社會(huì)生活需要、營(yíng)建自然生態(tài)的城市空間等問題更廣泛和深入的關(guān)注與思考。
[Abstract]:As the only city infrastructure with vitality, garden green space is the carrier of urban spiritual civilization and ecological civilization construction. The city park is the combination of these two civilization construction, also is the display platform of these two civilization construction achievements. Urban park is one of the main contents of urban construction. As the main green open space of urban life, it is not only an important part of urban landscape and urban ecosystem, but also a venue for urban residents to engage in recreational activities. Communication between people, cultural education and other places of communication, but also to beautify the urban environment, improve the regional microclimate, provide shelter, and so on, is the most direct contact between people and green natural urban green space. At the same time, it is also an important part of urban construction land, urban green space system, urban municipal public facilities and urban environmental infrastructure. It is an important indicator to reflect the overall environmental level of the city and the quality of life of residents. Nowadays, with the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the construction of urban parks has been developing rapidly. In the past 30 years, whether it is quantity and scale, type and style, or design innovation, In the aspects of management and coordination with urban green space system, the construction of urban parks in China has been greatly developed. Urban park is an important social space and urban green infrastructure in the city. It is of great significance to improve the urban environment and improve the quality of life of urban residents. With the deepening of urbanization, the construction of urban parks in our country has made unprecedented achievements, at the same time, the problems of how to further develop are also faced with many puzzles. More and more attention has been paid to the development of urban parks in the future. On the basis of reading a large number of statistical yearbooks and studying the relevant documents of urban parks, this paper takes this as a starting point, and through the historical evolution of the development of urban parks at home and abroad, the basic theory, Based on the study of the characteristics of urban development and its overall relationship to the urban open space, combined with the induction of statistical data and the enumeration of practical cases, this paper puts forward the common problems and basic strategies for the healthy development of urban parks in contemporary China. The trend characteristics of its future development are discussed. Through this study, I hope to provide an effective reference for the development and construction of urban parks in our country, arouse people to how to make the development and construction of urban parks into and guide urban construction, meet the needs of social life. Construction of natural ecological urban space and other issues more extensive and in-depth concern and thinking.
