【摘要】：樁基質(zhì)量的好壞在于樁基的合理設(shè)計、準(zhǔn)確計算、精心施工、科學(xué)檢測。目前，人們對軟土樁基的確切承載機理、承載性能等問題上看法不一，本文從無錫地區(qū)軟土分布的實際出發(fā)，對軟土樁基在設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制方面的相關(guān)策略進行了研究，為軟土地區(qū)樁基設(shè)計質(zhì)量提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和科學(xué)依據(jù)。 本文針對無錫地區(qū)典型區(qū)域的土樣，采用了室內(nèi)土工試驗、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)貫入試驗、靜力觸探試驗等方法，獲得了無錫地區(qū)地層巖性和物理力學(xué)性質(zhì)，揭示了無錫地區(qū)第四紀(jì)土層的基本特性和構(gòu)造類型。 本文通過大量深孔鉆探巖石試料的室內(nèi)巖石試驗結(jié)果總結(jié)出無錫地區(qū)的硬巖巖性，為無錫地區(qū)端承樁的樁尖設(shè)計深度提供設(shè)計依據(jù)。通過無錫地區(qū)軟土樁基中的單樁承載力機理分析、樁身摩擦力分析和單樁豎向承載力的評判與取值原則分析，結(jié)合工程實例，提出了無錫地區(qū)軟土樁基設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制的基本策略、注意事項、遵循原則，，有針對性地指導(dǎo)無錫地區(qū)軟土樁基設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制，為無錫地區(qū)軟土樁基工程中在軟土地基條件下的基樁設(shè)計提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The quality of pile foundation depends on the reasonable design, accurate calculation, careful construction and scientific inspection. At present, people have different views on the exact bearing mechanism and bearing capacity of soft soil pile foundation. Based on the actual distribution of soft soil in Wuxi area, this paper studies the design quality control strategy of soft soil pile foundation. It provides basic data and scientific basis for design quality of pile foundation in soft soil area. In this paper, according to the typical soil samples in Wuxi area, the methods of indoor geotechnical test, standard penetration test and static penetration test are used to obtain the lithology and physical and mechanical properties of the strata in Wuxi area. The basic characteristics and tectonic types of Quaternary soil layer in Wuxi area are revealed. This paper summarizes the hard rock lithology of Wuxi area through the results of laboratory rock tests of a large number of deep hole drilling rock samples, and provides the design basis for the design depth of pile tip of end bearing pile in Wuxi area. Through the analysis of the bearing capacity mechanism of single pile in soft soil pile foundation in Wuxi area, the friction analysis of pile body and the evaluation and value principle analysis of vertical bearing capacity of single pile, combined with the engineering example, the paper analyzes the bearing capacity of single pile in Wuxi area. The design quality control of soft soil pile foundation in Wuxi area is put forward. The design quality control of soft soil pile foundation in Wuxi area is guided by the basic strategy, matters needing attention, following principle and pertinently guiding the design quality control of soft soil pile foundation design in Wuxi area. It provides the basis for the foundation design of soft soil pile foundation engineering in Wuxi area.
