【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,良好、豐富的建筑藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力使鋼結(jié)構(gòu)受到建筑師們的普遍青睞,在傳統(tǒng)冶金工業(yè)廠房、高層和超高層以及大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)的多年建設(shè)實(shí)踐中,使鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的突出優(yōu)勢(shì)與作用幾乎無(wú)可替代。近年來(lái),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在國(guó)內(nèi)更是獲得超常規(guī)的發(fā)展,應(yīng)用更趨廣泛,影響快速擴(kuò)大。多層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系具有抗震性能好,施工速度快,基礎(chǔ)造價(jià)相對(duì)較低,自重輕,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝簡(jiǎn)便快捷,可工業(yè)化生產(chǎn),綠色環(huán)保等一系列的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)完全符合我國(guó)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的趨勢(shì),在我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)得到越來(lái)越好的發(fā)展和重視。 本文主要研究多層輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系的結(jié)構(gòu)選型,布置方案,優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及其在實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行效益分析評(píng)價(jià),本文選取5層純鋼框架模型,Ⅱ類場(chǎng)地,地震分組為第二組,9度區(qū),用SAP2000有限元軟件模擬結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震下的靜力非線性地震分析,了解塑性鉸發(fā)展情況;本文列舉五層輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅和五層砌體結(jié)構(gòu)住宅進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效益對(duì)比,得出鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主材比磚砌體主材造價(jià)高,輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)造價(jià)較磚砌體低,輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的墻體造價(jià)較砌體結(jié)構(gòu)高,門窗及水電二者造價(jià)基本相同,為多層輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的應(yīng)用提出推廣應(yīng)用的意見(jiàn)和建議,也對(duì)指導(dǎo)工程設(shè)計(jì)起到一定的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the abundant expression of architectural art makes steel structure popular with architects. In the years of construction practice of traditional metallurgical industry factory building, high-rise building and super high-rise building as well as long-span structure, steel structure is widely favored by architects. The outstanding advantages and functions of steel structure are almost irreplaceable. In recent years, steel structures have been developed more widely in China. Multi-story steel structure residential system has a series of advantages such as good seismic performance, fast construction speed, relatively low cost of foundation, light weight, convenient and quick installation on the spot, industrial production, green environmental protection and so on. These advantages fully accord with the trend of housing industrialization in our country, and get more and more development and attention in the construction industry of our country. In this paper, the structure selection, layout scheme, optimization design and its application in practical engineering of multi-story light steel structure residential system are studied.
