廣州某超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)施工若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以后,隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)日益發(fā)展,越來越多的超高層建筑不斷涌現(xiàn),像廣州珠江新城西塔、廣州電視塔、上海中心和重慶世貿(mào)中心大廈等這類典型超高層建筑則逐漸成為城市發(fā)展新的地標(biāo)。建筑高度和體型不斷發(fā)展的同時,對施工工藝、材料設(shè)備等也提出更高的要求,結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)備在施工過程中的安全性將是制定施工組織計劃、優(yōu)化施工方案時首要關(guān)注的問題。因此,,有必要對超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行施工全過程模擬分析,力求保障工程能夠安全、順利地開展。本文中以廣州珠江新城B2-10項目為工程背景,對其進(jìn)行施工模擬分析,得到較多有意義的結(jié)論;并針對項目中采用的M900D塔吊進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場運行監(jiān)測試驗和數(shù)值模擬分析,為塔吊設(shè)計提供一些合理性建議,主要包括如下幾方面內(nèi)容: 第一部分主要針對廣州珠江新城B2-10項目進(jìn)行施工模擬計算及其相關(guān)研究。首先對于核心筒超前外框架施工層數(shù)不同引起計算結(jié)果的差異,結(jié)合施工現(xiàn)場若干因素限制,選定廣州珠江新城B2-10項目實際所采納的施工方案。之后對采用該方案條件下結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力和變形計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析,得到較多有意義的結(jié)論。本文中還討論了傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的一次性加載法與施工模擬方法各自的特點,以及二者計算結(jié)果的諸多區(qū)別,同時針對施工模擬計算時是否考慮施工找平措施、混凝土材料收縮徐變進(jìn)行對比分析,通過相應(yīng)結(jié)果評估各類效應(yīng)對最終結(jié)果的影響程度。再則結(jié)合廣州珠江新城B2-10項目各道伸臂桁架進(jìn)行接合時間和相互作用影響分析,以桁架內(nèi)力和變形結(jié)果為依據(jù),探討最為合理的接合時間以及各桁架間相互作用的獨立性。 第二部分主要針對廣州珠江新城B2-10項目所采用的大型M900D塔吊現(xiàn)場運行監(jiān)測試驗和數(shù)值計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比研究。探討塔吊運行過程中的最不利工況和塔吊各柱受力的不均勻性,根據(jù)試驗現(xiàn)象和監(jiān)測結(jié)果提出塔吊上下支撐架應(yīng)采取不同的設(shè)計方法。提出利用有限元軟件準(zhǔn)確模擬塔吊實際運行的建模方法,有限元數(shù)值計算結(jié)果與試驗實測數(shù)據(jù)能夠較好吻合。本文中還對塔吊運行時其附著核心筒的受力和變形進(jìn)行研究,探討塔吊作用下核心筒墻體的安全性。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21 century, with the increasing development of the national economy, more and more super high-rise buildings have been emerging, such as the West Tower of the Pearl River New City in Guangzhou, the Guangzhou TV Tower, The typical super-tall buildings such as Shanghai Center and Chongqing World Trade Center are becoming new landmarks of urban development. With the development of building height and shape, higher requirements for construction technology, materials and equipment are put forward. The safety of structure and equipment in construction process will be the most important problem in making construction organization plan and optimizing construction plan. Therefore, it is necessary to simulate and analyze the whole construction process of the super high-rise building structure in order to ensure that the project can be carried out safely and smoothly. Taking the B2-10 project of Guangzhou Pearl River New Town as the engineering background, this paper carries on the construction simulation analysis to it, obtains many meaningful conclusions, and carries on the field operation monitoring test and the numerical simulation analysis to the M900D tower crane used in the project. This paper provides some reasonable suggestions for tower crane design, including the following aspects: the first part mainly aims at the construction simulation calculation and related research of Guangzhou Pearl River New Town B2-10 project. Firstly, for the difference of calculation results caused by the construction floor number of the core tube in advance and outer frame construction, combined with the limitations of several factors in the construction site, the practical construction scheme adopted for the B2-10 project of Guangzhou Pearl River New City is selected. After that, the calculated results of internal force and deformation of the structure under the condition of this scheme are analyzed in detail, and many meaningful conclusions are obtained. This paper also discusses the characteristics of the one-off loading method and the construction simulation method in the traditional structural design, and the differences between the two calculation results. At the same time, whether to consider the construction leveling measures in the construction simulation calculation is also discussed. The contrastive analysis of shrinkage and creep of concrete materials is carried out, and the influence of various effects on the final results is evaluated by the corresponding results. Furthermore, based on the analysis of the joint time and interaction effect of each truss of Zhujiang New Town B2-10 Project, the most reasonable bonding time and the independence of the interaction among trusses are discussed based on the results of internal force and deformation of the truss. In the second part, the field operation monitoring test and numerical calculation results of large M900D tower crane used in B2-10 project of Zhujiang New Town in Guangzhou are compared and studied. This paper probes into the most unfavorable working conditions during the operation of the tower crane and the inhomogeneity of the stress on each column of the tower crane. According to the experimental phenomena and the monitoring results, different design methods should be adopted for the upper and lower supports of the tower crane. A modeling method for accurately simulating the actual operation of tower crane by using finite element software is proposed. The results of finite element numerical calculation are in good agreement with the measured data. In this paper, the force and deformation of the core tube attached to the tower crane are also studied, and the safety of the core tube wall under the action of the tower crane is discussed.
