異形超高層建筑關(guān)鍵施工工藝研究

【摘要】:高層及超高層建筑的興起為建筑施工技術(shù)研究與應用提供了越來越多的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),伴隨著高層建筑“異形化、綜合化、生態(tài)化和智能化、結(jié)構(gòu)體系的多元化”的新發(fā)展趨勢,超高層建筑施工技術(shù)的研究與應用也在各個方面取得了突破性地進展。本文依托湖州喜來登溫泉度假酒店工程實例,系統(tǒng)分析和總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外超高層建筑發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,著重研究了異形超高層建筑的測量技術(shù)、整體提升腳手架、泵送混凝土、壓型鋼板組合樓板、異形鋼框架的安裝與校正、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的連接、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的防火防腐等關(guān)鍵施工技術(shù)。主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)介紹了國內(nèi)外高層及超高層建筑發(fā)展的發(fā)展動態(tài)、發(fā)展趨勢、混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系的試驗研究情況;混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系受力、施工特點及施工控制技術(shù)的展望;并且系統(tǒng)介紹了異形超高層建筑-湖州喜來登溫泉度假酒店工程的建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的新穎之處,及施工工藝的特點與難點。(2)研究了異形超高層建筑的垂直運輸系統(tǒng)的組成,分析了湖州喜來登溫泉度假酒店工程的垂直運輸系統(tǒng)中的塔吊及人貨電梯的選用方法及布置方式。(3)研究了異形超高層建筑的施工測量及主體結(jié)構(gòu)的垂直度引測技術(shù),介紹了湖州喜來登溫泉度假酒店的異形鋼框架的測量技術(shù)與混凝土核心筒的測量技術(shù)。(4)研究了超高層建筑的混凝土核心筒的澆筑,通過湖州喜來登溫泉度假酒店實例介紹整體提升腳手架的施工工藝,壓型鋼板組合樓板施工工藝、混凝土核心筒領(lǐng)先鋼框架的層數(shù)的確方法、核心筒混凝土的泵送工藝。(5)研究了超高層混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系建筑的鋼框架的安裝與校正,主要介紹湖州喜來登溫泉度假酒店鋼框架安裝前的施工準備、異形鋼柱的安裝與校正方法、鋼梁的安裝與校正、異形鋼桁架、勁性鋼骨的安裝工藝及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的連接與防火防腐等施工工藝。
[Abstract]:The rise of high-rise and super-tall buildings provides more and more opportunities and challenges for the research and application of building construction technology. Along with the new development trend of "heteromorphism, integration, ecology and intelligence, structural system diversification" of high-rise buildings, The research and application of super-high-rise building construction technology have also made a breakthrough in all aspects. Based on the engineering example of Sheraton Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Huzhou, this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the development status and development trend of super tall buildings at home and abroad, and emphatically studies the measurement technology of super tall buildings with special-shaped shapes to enhance the scaffolding as a whole. The key construction techniques such as pumping concrete, composite slab of profiled steel plate, installation and correction of special-shaped steel frame, connection of steel structure, fire prevention and anticorrosion of steel structure, etc. The main contents of the research are as follows: (1) the development trends and trends of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings at home and abroad, the experimental research of hybrid structure system, the stress of hybrid structure system, the construction characteristics and the prospect of construction control technology are introduced. And it systematically introduces the building, the novelty of the structure design, the characteristics and difficulties of the construction technology of the super high-rise building of Huzhou Sheraton Hot Spring Resort. (2) the composition of the vertical transportation system of the super tall building with special shape is studied. This paper analyzes the selection method and layout of tower crane and cargo elevator in vertical transportation system of Sheraton Hot Spring Resort Project in Huzhou. (3) the construction survey of super tall building with special-shaped structure and the vertical degree lead measurement technology of main structure are studied. This paper introduces the measurement technology of special-shaped steel frame and concrete core tube of Sheraton Hot Spring Resort in Huzhou. (4) the pouring of concrete core tube in super high-rise building is studied. Through the example of Sheraton Hot Spring Resort in Huzhou, this paper introduces the construction technology of integral lifting scaffolding, the construction technology of composite slab of profiled steel plate, and the concrete core tube leading the steel frame. The pumping technology of core tube concrete. (5) the installation and correction of steel frame of super high-rise mixed structure system building are studied. The construction preparation before installation of steel frame of Sheraton Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Huzhou and the installation and correction method of special-shaped steel column are introduced. Installation and correction of steel beam, installation technology of steel truss with special-shaped shape, installation technology of stiffened steel frame, connection of steel structure and anti-fire and anticorrosion construction technology.
