【摘要】:本文通過(guò)對(duì)SZSY科技公司的節(jié)能項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制案例的研究,了解國(guó)內(nèi)外公司在工程項(xiàng)目,特別是節(jié)能工程項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)中的進(jìn)度管理的基本思路,著重從如何對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行制定和如何對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度實(shí)施進(jìn)行控制兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,力爭(zhēng)達(dá)到項(xiàng)目預(yù)定目標(biāo)。通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的研究,不僅系統(tǒng)的找出該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制方面的理論支撐,更從實(shí)踐時(shí)找到了該項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的控制方案,同時(shí)也為以后開(kāi)展同類型的項(xiàng)目的正確實(shí)施奠定基礎(chǔ),積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本文主要研究的方向是項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制,共分為六章,第一章是文章的緒論部分,主要介紹項(xiàng)目的背景和選題的意義,同時(shí)也介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和控制方面的情況。第二章介紹了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的理論和方法,系統(tǒng)了解進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的工具與方法。第三章主要介紹了SZSY科技公司的相關(guān)情況,并且對(duì)研究的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了分析,提出實(shí)施方案。第四章和第五章是本文的主體部分,第四章主要以SZSY科技公司節(jié)能項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,利用進(jìn)度管理的專業(yè)知識(shí),深入的介紹該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的制定,著重介紹了WBS工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖和計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)等方法。根據(jù)該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)的介紹了該項(xiàng)目是如何利用WBS結(jié)構(gòu)圖、計(jì)劃責(zé)任矩陣、項(xiàng)目關(guān)系確定表等工具估算項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施周期,最后制定出該項(xiàng)目的甘特圖。第五章主要介紹了該項(xiàng)目在具體實(shí)施時(shí)是如何控制的,主要包括事前、事中和事后控制以及和計(jì)劃發(fā)射偏差時(shí)的解決方案,此外,本章還介紹了該項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過(guò)程中的安全保障、信息安全以及團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)等內(nèi)容。第六章是全文的總結(jié)和展望,對(duì)論文進(jìn)行總結(jié)并對(duì)以后的工作進(jìn)行展望。 本文的研究主線和主要的貢獻(xiàn)表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)本文從項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際需要出發(fā),將進(jìn)度管理的知識(shí)融入到實(shí)際的施工之中。在項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃階段,文章通過(guò)WBS工作分解法把項(xiàng)目細(xì)分為若干子工作,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目本身的邏輯關(guān)系列出了計(jì)劃關(guān)系表,在計(jì)劃關(guān)系表的基礎(chǔ)上利用PRET技術(shù)算出各個(gè)子工作施工的作業(yè)時(shí)間,做出網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的基礎(chǔ)上找出關(guān)鍵路徑,畫出正態(tài)分布圖,最后畫出甘特圖。 (2)在項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施控制階段,本文以時(shí)間為中軸線,深入的刻畫了施工中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是如何控制的,著重介紹了該項(xiàng)目的事中控制。以該項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中遇到的真實(shí)情況為例,敘述了該項(xiàng)目是如何正確的得到控制和糾正的。 (3)結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,本文也在控制環(huán)節(jié)中闡述如何建設(shè)高效團(tuán)隊(duì)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, through the study of SZSY Technology Company's progress plan control case of energy-saving project, the basic ideas of schedule management of domestic and foreign companies in engineering projects, especially in the promotion of energy-saving projects, are understood. This paper focuses on how to make the progress plan of the project and how to control the progress of the project in order to achieve the target of the project. Through the research of the project, not only the theoretical support of the project progress control is found out systematically, but also the control scheme of the project is found from practice, and the foundation is laid for the correct implementation of the same type of project in the future. Accumulated valuable experience. The main research direction of this paper is the progress plan and control of the project, which is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the article, which mainly introduces the background of the project and the significance of the selected topic, and also introduces the progress plan and control of the situation at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the theory and method of project schedule planning and control, and systematically understands the tools and methods of schedule planning and control. The third chapter mainly introduces the related situation of SZSY Science and Technology Company, and analyzes the research project and puts forward the implementation plan. Chapter four and chapter five are the main part of this paper. The fourth chapter mainly takes the energy saving project of SZSY company as the research object, using the professional knowledge of schedule management, introduces the formulation of the progress plan of the project in depth. This paper mainly introduces the WBS work decomposition structure, network plan diagram and plan review technology. According to the actual characteristics of the project, this paper introduces in detail how to estimate the implementation cycle of the project by using the WBS structure chart, the plan responsibility matrix, the project relationship determination table and so on. Finally, the Gantt chart of the project is worked out. The fifth chapter mainly introduces how the project is controlled when it is implemented, including prior, in-process and post-event control, as well as the solution when the launch deviates from the plan, in addition, This chapter also introduces the security, information security and team building of the project. Chapter six is the summary and prospect of the thesis. The main research lines and main contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) this paper integrates the knowledge of schedule management into the actual construction according to the actual needs of the project. In the planning stage of the project, this paper subdivides the project into several sub-tasks by WBS work decomposition method, and lists the plan relation table according to the logical relationship of the project itself. On the basis of the plan relation table, the work time of each sub-work is calculated by using pret technology, the network diagram is made, the key path is found on the basis of the network diagram, and the normal distribution diagram is drawn. Finally, the Gantt diagram is drawn. (2) in the stage of project implementation control, this paper takes time as the central axis, deeply describes how each link is controlled in construction, and emphatically introduces the control in the project. Taking the real situation encountered in the implementation of the project as an example, this paper describes how the project is correctly controlled and corrected. (3) combined with the actual project, this paper also describes how to build an efficient team in the control link.
