【摘要】:本文是一篇關(guān)于我國(guó)南方地區(qū)超高層綜合體型體與節(jié)能技術(shù)的研究和分析。 超高層綜合體作為一種重要的城市建筑類(lèi)型,將城市中商業(yè)、辦公、居住、酒店、餐飲、會(huì)議、文娛、交通樞紐等城市功能在空間上進(jìn)行組合,并在各功能間建立一種相互依存、相互補(bǔ)益的能動(dòng)關(guān)系,從而形成一個(gè)多功能、高效率、復(fù)雜而統(tǒng)一的超高層綜合體。超高層綜合體在城市的發(fā)展中起到了良好的作用,除具有相當(dāng)?shù)慕?jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值外,還具有改善城市環(huán)境,提升城市形象的功能;作為城市與建筑之間起的橋梁,還對(duì)舊城改造和更新起到巨大的作用。超高層綜合體的這些特性對(duì)其建筑型體提出了相應(yīng)的要求。 超高層綜合體復(fù)合的內(nèi)部功能和醒目突出的城市形象,,必然決定了其型體設(shè)計(jì)將凸顯出有別于其他建筑的特質(zhì)。首先,超高層綜合體作為一個(gè)城市形象的代表,它將不僅要求建筑型體滿足相應(yīng)內(nèi)部功能的需求,同時(shí)也要符合城市的氣質(zhì),要求與周邊的城市界面發(fā)生積極的對(duì)話,因此對(duì)建筑型體提出了較高的要求。其次,超高層綜合體作為高能耗建筑的代表,建筑的節(jié)能措施就必不可少。所以,超高層建筑型體與節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)二者的相互協(xié)調(diào)配合是值得研究探討的內(nèi)容。 本文旨在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的超高層綜合體案例進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)及通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)研,在對(duì)南方地區(qū)超高層綜合體建筑型體總體分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)南方地區(qū)超高層綜合體型體與節(jié)能技術(shù)的相結(jié)合進(jìn)行研究。在型體的節(jié)能方面,運(yùn)用軟件模擬結(jié)合實(shí)例分析的方法,特備是針對(duì)我國(guó)南方地區(qū)夏季濕熱,太陽(yáng)輻射強(qiáng)烈的特點(diǎn),分別從超高層建筑型體對(duì)光環(huán)境、風(fēng)環(huán)境、熱環(huán)境的影響進(jìn)行研究,其中將著重探討通風(fēng)和遮陽(yáng)兩大部分。最后,通過(guò)前期做出的研究分析,將提出關(guān)于我國(guó)南方地區(qū)超高層綜合體型體設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)策略,得出具有一定指導(dǎo)意義的論述。希望此研究能夠借助節(jié)能技術(shù)對(duì)我國(guó)南方地區(qū)的超高層綜合體的型體設(shè)計(jì)有所裨益。
[Abstract]:This paper is about the research and analysis of super-high-level comprehensive body and energy-saving technology in the south of China. As an important type of urban architecture, super-high-rise complex combines urban functions in space, such as commerce, office, residence, hotel, catering, meeting, entertainment, transportation hub, etc. A dynamic relationship of interdependence and mutual benefit is established among the functions, thus forming a multi-functional, high-efficiency, complex and unified super-high level synthesis. Super high-rise complex plays a good role in the development of the city, besides having considerable economic value, it also has the function of improving the city environment and promoting the city image. It also plays a great role in the renovation and renewal of the old city. These characteristics of super-high-rise complex put forward corresponding requirements to its building-type. The complex inner function and prominent city image of super high-rise complex inevitably determine that its design will highlight the characteristics different from other buildings. First of all, as a representative of the image of a city, the super-high complex will not only require the architectural body to meet the needs of the corresponding internal functions, but also meet the temperament of the city, and require an active dialogue with the surrounding city interface. Therefore, a higher request is put forward to the building body. Secondly, super-high-rise complex as a representative of high-energy buildings, building energy-saving measures are essential. Therefore, the coordination between super-high-rise building and energy-saving design is worthy of study. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and summarize the excellent cases of super high-rise complex at home and abroad, and through field investigation, on the basis of the overall analysis of the building type of super high-rise complex in southern China. This paper studies the combination of super-high-level comprehensive body and energy-saving technology in South China. In the aspect of energy saving of shape body, the method of software simulation combined with example analysis is used. Aiming at the characteristics of summer damp heat and strong solar radiation in southern China, the light environment and wind environment of super high-rise building type body are respectively studied. The influence of thermal environment will be studied, in which ventilation and sunshade will be discussed. Finally, based on the previous research and analysis, this paper puts forward the design strategy of the super-tall comprehensive body design in southern China, and draws a discussion of certain guiding significance. It is hoped that this study will benefit the design of super-high-level complex in southern China by means of energy-saving technology.
