【摘要】：隨著全球化與創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展，大都市的城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)與功能劇烈變動，文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)研究和城市空間演變成為城市發(fā)展的重要命題。作為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚與發(fā)展的載體，產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)的形成、發(fā)展和演化不僅是社會經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)與城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的直接體現(xiàn)，也是城市空間形象與功能重塑的重要動力來源。 本研究從系統(tǒng)解讀文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)的城市屬性入手，剖析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)與城市的文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、實(shí)體空間的聯(lián)系及其在城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)上的表現(xiàn)，揭示文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)建設(shè)與舊城更新、科技新區(qū)發(fā)展的互動關(guān)系與作用機(jī)理，研判文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)與城市空間演變的未來趨勢。論文分為八個章節(jié)進(jìn)行論述。第一章是緒論，第八章是結(jié)語，第二～七章是論文的主體部分。 第二章是相關(guān)理論的綜述。首先對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)的定義、范疇、特征進(jìn)行歸納，相關(guān)理論主要面向城市空間、文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚和創(chuàng)意城市3個方面的研究現(xiàn)狀。在對城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)及其創(chuàng)意城市基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上，對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚的特點(diǎn)和趨勢作了總結(jié)分析，以此構(gòu)建研究的總體框架。 第三章是國內(nèi)外文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園案例研究。重點(diǎn)研究國外文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)建設(shè)實(shí)踐，得出相關(guān)啟示，同時分析總結(jié)我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀存在的問題，做為文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)研究的參考和借鑒。 第四章主要建構(gòu)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)與城市空間演化的關(guān)系框架。文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)作為城市空間基本單元趨向多功能復(fù)合，，與城市空間協(xié)同以保持雙方的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。論文從文化、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)和實(shí)體空間四個方面研究文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)建設(shè)與城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變的互動關(guān)系與作用機(jī)理。 第五章主要建構(gòu)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)與舊城更新的關(guān)系框架。在舊城，文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)可以作為空間催化單元，從文化經(jīng)濟(jì)社會和實(shí)體空間多方面推動舊城的整體更新。 第六章主要建構(gòu)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)與科技新區(qū)發(fā)展的關(guān)系框架。在科技新區(qū)，文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)空間一方面與高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)空間共構(gòu)城市創(chuàng)新空間系統(tǒng)，另一方面作為城市新區(qū)文化植入的有效手段。 第七章是案例解析篇，分析影響北京文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)空間布局的要素，通過梳理北京文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)的空間分布特征，探討文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)與北京城市空間演化以及舊城、科技新區(qū)發(fā)展的關(guān)聯(lián)性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of globalization and creative economy, the urban spatial structure and function of metropolis have changed dramatically. The study of cultural and creative industries and the evolution of urban space have become important propositions of urban development. As the carrier of cultural and creative industries' spatial agglomeration and development, the formation, development and evolution of industrial zones are not only the direct embodiment of the changes of social and economic forms and urban spatial structures, but also the important power sources of the reconstruction of the image and function of urban space. This study begins with the systematic interpretation of the urban attributes of the cultural and creative industrial district, and analyzes the relationship between the cultural and creative industrial district and the city's cultural, economic, social and physical space, as well as its expression in the urban spatial structure. This paper reveals the interactive relationship and mechanism between the construction of cultural and creative industrial district and the renewal of old city, and the development of new science and technology district, and studies the future trend of the evolution of cultural and creative industrial district and urban space. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the eighth chapter is the conclusion, and the second-seventh chapter is the main part of the thesis. The second chapter is a summary of relevant theories. Firstly, the definition, category and characteristics of cultural creative industry and cultural creative industrial district are summarized. The relevant theories mainly focus on urban space, cultural and creative industry spatial agglomeration and creative city. Based on the basic theory of urban spatial structure and creative city, this paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and trends of spatial agglomeration of cultural and creative industries, so as to construct the overall framework of the research. The third chapter is the domestic and foreign cultural and creative industry park case study. Focus on the study of foreign cultural and creative industrial district construction practice, draw relevant inspiration, at the same time, analyze and summarize the current situation of cultural and creative industrial district development problems, as a cultural and creative industrial district research reference and reference. The fourth chapter mainly constructs the relation frame between the cultural creative industrial district and the urban spatial evolution. As the basic unit of urban space, the cultural and creative industrial district tends to be multifunctional and coordinated with urban space in order to maintain the sustainable development of both sides. This paper studies the interactive relationship and mechanism between the construction of cultural and creative industrial district and the evolution of urban spatial structure from four aspects of culture, society, economy and entity space. The fifth chapter mainly constructs the cultural creative industry district and the old city renewal relations frame. In the old city, the cultural and creative industrial district can be used as a space catalytic unit to promote the overall renewal of the old city from the aspects of cultural, economic, social and physical space. The sixth chapter mainly constructs the frame of the relationship between the cultural and creative industrial district and the development of the new area of science and technology. In the new area of science and technology, on the one hand, the space of cultural creative industry and the space of high-tech industry co-construct the urban innovation space system, on the other hand, as an effective means of cultural implantation in the new urban area. The seventh chapter is the case analysis chapter, analyzes the factors that affect the spatial layout of Beijing cultural and creative industrial district, through combing the spatial distribution characteristics of Beijing cultural and creative industrial district, discusses the cultural and creative industry district and Beijing urban spatial evolution and the old city. The relevance of the development of new science and technology areas.
