基于資源節(jié)約理論的高校校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)高校大批校園新區(qū)紛紛落成,在新校區(qū)建設(shè)當(dāng)中存在嚴(yán)重的浪費(fèi)與攀比現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致部分高校負(fù)債累累,嚴(yán)重影響學(xué)校的良性發(fā)展。在我國(guó)建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)大背景下,建設(shè)節(jié)約、環(huán)保、綠色的校園是大勢(shì)所趨,對(duì)國(guó)家乃至世界的可持續(xù)發(fā)展及資源合理利用有著巨大的意義。文章從總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外節(jié)約型校園設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)開始,歸納出現(xiàn)行新校區(qū)規(guī)劃中存在的問題并提出解決對(duì)策,結(jié)合湖南鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校新校區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例闡述在節(jié)約型校園設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)遵循的設(shè)計(jì)原則與采用的各類技術(shù)措施,為日后高校節(jié)約型校園設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)。 主要的研究結(jié)果如下: 1.從校園功能、環(huán)境景觀、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、集約布局、新技術(shù)應(yīng)用這幾個(gè)方面系統(tǒng)的闡述了現(xiàn)行高校規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)特征,用于理清在高校校園建筑設(shè)計(jì)過程中應(yīng)遵循的原則。 2.總結(jié)了現(xiàn)行高校新區(qū)建設(shè)當(dāng)中存在的問題,即鋪張浪費(fèi)問題、不恰當(dāng)?shù)亩ㄎ坏膯栴}、空間尺度失衡與空間聯(lián)系不緊密的問題、校園植物景觀規(guī)劃混亂、生態(tài)紐帶斷裂的問題、教育資源優(yōu)化與配置的欠缺、校園建設(shè)中存在的模式化的問題。 3.針對(duì)現(xiàn)行高校新區(qū)建設(shè)當(dāng)中存在的問題提出了解決方案,即從項(xiàng)目整體規(guī)劃入手,運(yùn)用校園規(guī)劃理論、生態(tài)規(guī)劃理論和節(jié)約理論,合理定位校園規(guī)模,完善功能分區(qū),調(diào)整校園植物景觀設(shè)計(jì),引進(jìn)各類節(jié)能新技術(shù)來規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)校園。 4.以湖南鐵道職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院云龍新校區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)為實(shí)例,圍繞綠色、環(huán)保、生態(tài)、節(jié)約的主題,落實(shí)之前所提節(jié)約型校園設(shè)計(jì)策略,因地制宜,科學(xué)規(guī)劃,全面系統(tǒng)的從規(guī)劃、建筑、景觀三位一體的角度實(shí)踐了節(jié)約型高校校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a large number of new campus districts have been completed in our country. There is serious waste and comparison phenomenon in the construction of new campus, which leads to heavy debts of some universities and seriously affects the benign development of schools. Under the background of building a conservation-oriented society in our country, it is the trend of the times to build a campus that is economical, environmentally friendly and green, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the country and even the world as well as the rational utilization of resources. Starting from summing up the experience of saving campus design at home and abroad, this paper sums up the existing problems in the planning of the new campus and puts forward some countermeasures. Combined with the example of planning and design of the new campus of Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical School, this paper expounds the design principles and various technical measures to be followed in the design of the energy-saving campus, and provides guidance for the future construction of the energy-saving campus design in colleges and universities. The main results are as follows: 1. From the aspects of campus function, environmental landscape, sustainable development, intensive layout and application of new technology, this paper systematically expounds the characteristics of current university planning and design. Used to clarify the principles to be followed in the design of campus buildings in colleges and universities. 2. This paper summarizes the existing problems in the construction of the new district of colleges and universities, namely, the problems of extravagance and waste, improper positioning, the lack of close relationship between spatial scale imbalance and space, the confusion of plant landscape planning on campus, and the breakage of ecological ties. The lack of optimization and allocation of educational resources, the problem of pattern in campus construction. 3. In view of the problems existing in the construction of the new district of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the solutions, that is, starting with the overall planning of the project, applying the campus planning theory, ecological planning theory and saving theory, we can reasonably locate the campus scale and perfect the functional zoning. Adjust campus plant landscape design, introduce all kinds of new energy saving technology to plan and design campus. 4. Taking the planning and design of Yunlong New Campus of Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example, focusing on the themes of green, environmental protection, ecology and economy, implementing the previously proposed strategy of saving campus design, adapting measures to local conditions, scientific planning, and comprehensive and systematic planning, Architecture, landscape trinity of the perspective of the practice of energy-saving college campus planning and design principles.
