轉(zhuǎn)型背景下國內(nèi)銀行總部建筑空間設(shè)計(jì)探索

【摘要】:隨著信息社會(huì)背景下金融業(yè)的繁榮,我國銀行建筑日益發(fā)展成熟。當(dāng)前興起的銀行轉(zhuǎn)型進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)了銀行從服務(wù)理念到內(nèi)部管理結(jié)構(gòu)的變革。這種轉(zhuǎn)變影響到銀行辦公管理人員的辦公交流模式以及銀行與客戶之間的關(guān)系,并進(jìn)一步作用于建筑這一空間載體,導(dǎo)致當(dāng)代我國銀行建筑空間形態(tài)的變革。 在此背景下,本文對我國銀行總部建筑進(jìn)行大量實(shí)地調(diào)研與資料研究,旨在研究銀行轉(zhuǎn)型對銀行建筑空間帶來的轉(zhuǎn)變。研究以來自組織管理學(xué)的西方銀行再造理論為理論依據(jù),并結(jié)合案例比較分析與實(shí)地調(diào)研,最終落實(shí)于項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行實(shí)踐性探索。 銀行轉(zhuǎn)型的實(shí)施,使銀行內(nèi)企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及工作方式發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,在銀行總部建筑內(nèi)在功能布局與外在空間形態(tài)都形成潛移默化的影響。銀行轉(zhuǎn)型可分為組織結(jié)構(gòu)改革與業(yè)務(wù)流程再造兩方面,前者可支配銀行總部建筑的整體功能布局與組織形態(tài),后者影響到營業(yè)空間部分的組織布局設(shè)計(jì)。新型銀行總部功能空間發(fā)生優(yōu)化,功能面積配比發(fā)生適應(yīng)性調(diào)整,其組織布局具有復(fù)合化特征,并在形態(tài)上向流動(dòng)化、透明化發(fā)展。另外,銀行轉(zhuǎn)型中業(yè)務(wù)流程的再造以及服務(wù)理念的提升,使銀行營業(yè)空間亟需更大的轉(zhuǎn)變,新的營業(yè)空間需要適應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化,通過客戶群劃分以提供層級化的服務(wù),并進(jìn)一步通過客戶流線設(shè)計(jì)以及功能區(qū)模塊化管理,保證內(nèi)部空間的合理性與人性化設(shè)計(jì),提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量與效率。 本文研究對象為國內(nèi)銀行總部建筑,并將設(shè)計(jì)研究的重點(diǎn)限定于營業(yè)空間部分,主要考慮營業(yè)空間是銀行建筑中較為獨(dú)特的空間單元,,并希望以此為例對銀行建筑設(shè)計(jì)中的小部分進(jìn)行深入分析研究。力求對今后關(guān)于銀行建筑空間的組織形式與營業(yè)空間的深化設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the financial industry in the background of information society, the banking architecture of our country is developing and maturing day by day. The current banking transformation has further promoted the transformation from service concept to internal management structure. This kind of change affects the office communication mode of the bank office manager and the relationship between the bank and the customer, and further acts on the space carrier of the building, which leads to the transformation of the space form of the contemporary bank building in our country. Under this background, this paper carries on a lot of field investigation and data research to the bank headquarters building of our country, in order to study the transformation that the bank transformation brings to the bank building space. The study is based on the western theory of bank reengineering from organizational management, and combined with case analysis and field investigation, and finally implemented in the project design for practical exploration. With the implementation of bank transformation, the internal enterprise structure and working mode are changed, and the internal functional layout and external space form of the bank headquarters have a subtle influence. Bank transformation can be divided into two aspects: organizational structure reform and business process reengineering. The former can control the overall functional layout and organizational form of the bank headquarters building, while the latter affects the organizational layout design of the business space part. The function space of the new bank headquarters is optimized, the proportion of function area is adjusted adaptively, and its organization layout has the characteristics of compound, flowing and transparent in form. In addition, the reengineering of the business process and the promotion of the service concept in the transformation of the bank make the business space of the bank urgently need to change. The new business space needs to adapt to the optimization of the business process and to provide hierarchical services through the division of the customer base. Furthermore, through customer streamline design and function area modularization management, the rationality and humanization design of internal space are guaranteed, and the service quality and efficiency are improved. The research object of this paper is the headquarters building of the domestic bank, and the emphasis of the design research is limited to the business space part, mainly considering that the business space is the unique space unit in the bank building. And hope to take this as an example to the bank architectural design in a small part of in-depth analysis and research. It is of reference value for the further design practice of the organization form and business space of the bank building space in the future.
