綠色建筑評價指標(biāo)體系研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:面對能源危機,生態(tài)危機和溫室效應(yīng),走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路已經(jīng)成為全球共同面臨的緊迫任務(wù),作為能耗占全部能耗將近1/3的建筑業(yè),也很早將可持續(xù)發(fā)展列入核心發(fā)展目標(biāo),綠色建筑正是在這種環(huán)境下應(yīng)運而生,,而綠色建筑評價對大力發(fā)展綠色建筑具有十分重要的意義。 本文首先對綠色建筑和綠色建筑評價分別進行了概述,對綠色建筑的綜述包括其概念及內(nèi)涵、與“建筑節(jié)能”的區(qū)別及綠色建筑發(fā)展問題的分析與展望;繼而概述了綠色建筑評價、綠色建筑評價關(guān)注的內(nèi)容及綠色建筑評價的基本原則;后來分別介紹了國內(nèi)外綠色建筑的發(fā)展及評估體系。 其次在節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材及保護環(huán)境和減少污染的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)造了綠色建筑評價指標(biāo)體系,由節(jié)地與室外環(huán)境、節(jié)能與能源利用、節(jié)水與水資源利用、節(jié)材與材料資源利用、室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量和運營管理六類指標(biāo)組成。對評價體系中的定性指標(biāo)進行了定量化的研究,并采用了群體專家決策的方法,通過發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷的方式,對建筑各節(jié)能評價指標(biāo)之間的相對重要性進行調(diào)查評判,再利用定性定量相結(jié)合的層次分析法進行指標(biāo)權(quán)重的計算,確定了各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù)。 最后建立了一個建筑能耗指標(biāo),用以表征建筑能耗水平的高低,直接反應(yīng)建筑的節(jié)能情況。以某住宅小區(qū)為例,分析驗證了該綠色建筑評價體系的合理性。
[Abstract]:In the face of energy crisis, ecological crisis and Greenhouse Effect, it has become an urgent task for the world to follow the path of sustainable development. As the construction industry, whose energy consumption accounts for nearly a third of the total energy consumption, sustainable development has long been included in the core development goals. Green building emerges as the times require in this environment, and the evaluation of green building is of great significance to the development of green building. In this paper, the evaluation of green building and green building are summarized, including the concept and connotation of green building, the difference between green building and "building energy saving", and the analysis and prospect of the development of green building. Then it summarizes the evaluation of green buildings, the contents of the evaluation of green buildings and the basic principles of the evaluation of green buildings, and then introduces the development and evaluation system of green buildings at home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of saving land, saving energy, saving water, saving materials and protecting environment and reducing pollution, the evaluation index system of green building is constructed, which includes land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resources utilization. Save material and material resources utilization, indoor environmental quality and operation management of six types of indicators. The qualitative index in the evaluation system is studied quantitatively, and the method of group expert decision is adopted to evaluate the relative importance of each energy saving evaluation index of the building by issuing the questionnaire. The weight coefficient of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, a building energy consumption index is established to represent the level of building energy consumption and directly reflect the energy saving situation of buildings. Taking a residential district as an example, the rationality of the green building evaluation system is verified.
