【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟保持迅速發(fā)展的三十多年里，建筑業(yè)逐漸發(fā)展為國民經(jīng)濟支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，經(jīng)濟環(huán)境不斷變化，而建筑業(yè)行業(yè)反映不夠靈活，尤其是大型施工企業(yè)應(yīng)對市場反映更加緩慢，規(guī)模龐大，人員眾多，結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，市場適應(yīng)性的缺點表現(xiàn)的非常突出，云南省xx建筑工程公司(以下簡稱云南省xx建筑公司)便是其中一家。長期以來，企業(yè)向何處去，如何尋找企業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，如何提高企業(yè)對接市場的能力，如何提高企業(yè)效益，不僅是行業(yè)面臨的問題，也是云南省xx建筑公司在發(fā)展中要解決的重大問題。 本文采用了戰(zhàn)略管理研究的經(jīng)典方法對這個課題進行了研究。首先通過PEST分析法、五力模型、EFE矩陣，對公司外部環(huán)境進行了分析和評價。其次，通過對公司內(nèi)部軟件、硬件設(shè)施的分析、公司價值鏈分析和運用IFE矩陣，分析評價了公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境。然后通過SWOT和QSPM矩陣選擇和評價云南省xx建筑公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后制定了云南省xx建筑公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，并且給出戰(zhàn)略實施的具體策略。 通過上述研究，，本文認為：戰(zhàn)略管理一種思想，指導(dǎo)企業(yè)分析環(huán)境，正確預(yù)測未來，揚長避短。戰(zhàn)略管理是一個系統(tǒng)的、不斷變化的管理過程，企業(yè)必須注重戰(zhàn)略管理來推動企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中始終保持競爭力。
[Abstract]:During more than 30 years of rapid economic development in China, the construction industry has gradually developed into one of the pillar industries of the national economy, the economic environment is constantly changing, and the response of the construction industry is not flexible enough. In particular, large construction enterprises are responding more slowly to the market, with large scale, numerous personnel, complex structure, and market adaptability. Yunnan XX Construction Engineering Company (hereinafter referred to as Yunnan XX Construction Company) is one of them. For a long time, where the enterprise goes, how to find the development direction of the enterprise, how to improve the ability of the enterprise to connect with the market, how to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, is not only the problem faced by the industry. Is also Yunnan xx construction company in the development of major problems to be solved. This paper adopts the classical method of strategic management research to study this subject. First, the paper analyzes and evaluates the external environment of the company by pest analysis and EFE matrix. Secondly, through the analysis of the internal software and hardware facilities, the value chain analysis and IFE matrix, the internal environment of the company is analyzed and evaluated. Then through SWOT and QSPM matrix selection and evaluation of xx construction company in Yunnan Province development strategy. Finally, the development strategy of XX Construction Company of Yunnan Province is formulated, and the specific strategy of implementing the strategy is given. Through the above research, this paper holds that strategic management is an idea that can guide enterprises to analyze the environment, correctly predict the future, and take advantage of their advantages and avoid weaknesses. Strategic management is a systematic and constantly changing management process. Enterprises must pay attention to strategic management to promote their competitiveness in the process of development.
