【摘要】:供熱系統(tǒng)是由熱源、熱能輸送環(huán)節(jié)、熱用戶等幾部分組成的一個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),為使熱生產(chǎn)、輸送、分配及使用都處于有序的狀態(tài),則需要在其各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行節(jié)能,以提高供熱系統(tǒng)的能源利用率。高等學(xué)校由于自身的獨(dú)特的特點(diǎn),節(jié)能的模式與其他建筑也有所區(qū)別,節(jié)能的意義更顯得尤為重要。本文通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)新校園供暖系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查及分析,從供暖中熱源、熱能輸送環(huán)節(jié)及熱用戶三個(gè)節(jié)能潛力的環(huán)節(jié),結(jié)合現(xiàn)代控制技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)、微電子技術(shù)對(duì)三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了研究,從而對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)高校供暖節(jié)能提供了有益的思路。本文在熱源環(huán)節(jié)主要論述了鍋爐燃燒系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),將燃燒系統(tǒng)分為三個(gè)相互聯(lián)系的子系統(tǒng):鏈條爐的給煤調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)、送風(fēng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和引風(fēng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)。主要論述了變頻技術(shù)、氧化鋯測(cè)定含氧量技術(shù)、PID控制等技術(shù)在鍋爐燃燒系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用;在熱源輸送環(huán)節(jié)論述了管道直埋技術(shù)和換熱站系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及換熱機(jī)組的控制策略;用戶末端環(huán)節(jié),通過(guò)在單體樓采暖管道入戶處安裝恒流量調(diào)節(jié)閥和市內(nèi)供暖管道安裝手動(dòng)溫控閥等措施有效的解決了水利失調(diào)問(wèn)題。經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)采暖季的調(diào)試運(yùn)行,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,在滿足用戶需求的基礎(chǔ)上,節(jié)約了大量水、電、煤資源。
[Abstract]:The heating system is a complex system composed of heat source, heat transfer link, heat user and so on. In order to make the heat production, transportation, distribution and use in an orderly state, it is necessary to save energy in every link. In order to improve the energy efficiency of the heating system. Because of its unique characteristics, the mode of energy conservation is different from other buildings, and the significance of energy conservation is more important. Based on the investigation and analysis of the new campus heating system of China Medical University, this paper combines modern control technology, computer technology and communication technology from three energy saving potential links of heating source, heat energy transmission link and heat user. The microelectronics technology has carried on the research to the three links, thus has provided the beneficial thought to realize the university heating energy saving. In this paper, the design of boiler combustion system is mainly discussed in the heat source link. The combustion system is divided into three interrelated subsystems: the coal supply regulation system of chain furnace, the air supply regulation system and the air intake regulation system. This paper mainly discusses the application of frequency conversion technology, zirconia determination of oxygen content technology and pid control in boiler combustion system, discusses the design of pipeline direct burying technology and heat transfer station system and the control strategy of heat exchanger unit in heat source transportation. By installing constant flow regulating valve in the heating pipe of single building and manual temperature control valve in the heating pipe of the city, the imbalance of water conservancy is effectively solved. After a heating season, the whole system runs stably and saves a lot of water, electricity and coal resources on the basis of meeting the needs of users.
