受損木梁的抗彎加固試驗(yàn)與承載力計(jì)算分析

【摘要】:針對雅安地震中大量受損的木結(jié)構(gòu),統(tǒng)計(jì)了木梁的主要損傷情況,研究了受損木梁的抗彎加固試驗(yàn),分析了裂縫和木結(jié)對梁和加固梁在受彎過程中的載荷、位移的影響,建立了加固木梁的極限承載力與梁參數(shù)、裂縫形式與分布,以及CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced polymer)加固率影響的理論計(jì)算公式。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:抗彎加固木梁的整個變形過程符合平截面假定,碳纖維布能有效提高梁極限承載力,提高幅度可達(dá)到25.2%;受木結(jié)和初始裂縫的影響,隨著CFRP加固層數(shù)的增加,其承載力提高幅度反而下降;裂縫和木結(jié)對木梁極限承載力影響很大,是木梁破壞的主要原因,新裂縫的萌生點(diǎn)位于木節(jié)處,木梁破壞的主要位置為木結(jié)處。同時,基于最大有效應(yīng)力建立的木梁承載力計(jì)算模型,計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)值符合較好,其誤差在8%以內(nèi),符合工程計(jì)算要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the large number of damaged wooden structures in the Ya'an earthquake, the main damage conditions of the wood beams are counted, the flexural strengthening tests of the damaged wood beams are studied, and the effects of the loads and displacements of the cracks and wood pair beams and the strengthened beams on the bending process are analyzed. The theoretical formulas for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity and beam parameters, crack form and distribution, and the effect of CFRP fiber reinforced polymer) reinforcement rate on the strengthened wood beams are established. The experimental results show that the whole deformation process of the flexural strengthened wood beam accords with the assumption of plane section, the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam can be effectively increased by carbon fiber sheet, and the increase can reach 25.2.The effect of the wood joint and initial crack, with the increase of the number of CFRP reinforcement layers, The ultimate bearing capacity of wood beams is greatly affected by cracks and wood joints, which is the main reason for the failure of wood beams. The initiation point of new cracks is located at the joints, and the main position of the destruction of wood beams is at the joint. At the same time, the calculation model of the bearing capacity of wood beam based on the maximum effective stress is in good agreement with the experimental value, and the error is less than 8%, which accords with the requirement of engineering calculation.
