基于綠色醫(yī)院建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的寒地醫(yī)院建筑設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,人們醫(yī)療觀念增強,醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的建設(shè)狀況也呈現(xiàn)了飛速的發(fā)展。隨著醫(yī)院設(shè)備和醫(yī)療技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,醫(yī)院建設(shè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也隨著人們醫(yī)療需求的提升而提升,醫(yī)療建設(shè)成本也在不斷增加,醫(yī)療建筑已經(jīng)成為我國能源消耗最大的建筑類型之一。所以,對于醫(yī)療建筑的綠色化分析和探索是醫(yī)療建筑發(fā)展的一個必要思考點,能夠促進(jìn)我國醫(yī)療建筑的綠色化的發(fā)展,并對新型醫(yī)療建筑建設(shè)產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 首先,通過介紹研究課題背景,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及其研究內(nèi)容,分析我國綠色醫(yī)院建筑設(shè)計存在的問題。這其中,闡述了當(dāng)前我國可持續(xù)醫(yī)學(xué)理念的發(fā)展、綠色醫(yī)院建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的提出及寒地醫(yī)院綠色設(shè)計的發(fā)展訴求。找出寒地醫(yī)院建筑綠色化方面存在的問題,在綠色醫(yī)院評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原則的指引下,尋求經(jīng)濟和品質(zhì)的結(jié)合點;明確了本文研究的內(nèi)容及意義。 然后,先對寒地醫(yī)院建筑與綠色化的特征進(jìn)行解析,得出醫(yī)院建筑綠色設(shè)計具有全過程和全要素的特征。然后從寒地醫(yī)院的規(guī)模、功能配置和空間形態(tài)的綠色設(shè)計分析,以量化分析法和比較法對綜合醫(yī)院基本醫(yī)療功能、附屬功能和交通功能的規(guī)模、形態(tài)和功能配比進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計,結(jié)合《綠色醫(yī)院建筑評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》、《綜合醫(yī)院建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2004》等規(guī)范,得出綠色醫(yī)院建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和最高承受限度的適度值。 再次,從評價體系的角度展開,分為綠色建筑評價指標(biāo)體系的解讀,寒地醫(yī)院評價指標(biāo)的提出,以及針對于寒地醫(yī)院的綠色設(shè)計要求三個層次。在規(guī)劃層面上,提出寒地地域建筑布局策略和合理的建筑的體形系數(shù)形態(tài)。在寒地醫(yī)院建筑層面上,從能源的回收系統(tǒng)和能源的利用系統(tǒng)兩個方面論述具體策略。在寒地醫(yī)院建筑的內(nèi)外環(huán)境層面上出發(fā),提出建筑環(huán)境的綠色化處理和空間模式的最優(yōu)化選擇兩個具體模式。希望能夠?qū)m度性設(shè)計過程提供有效的措施。 最后,綜合分析以上因素,通過已經(jīng)建立的寒地醫(yī)院綠色設(shè)計要求,開始對寒地醫(yī)院建筑進(jìn)行設(shè)計策略研究,通過對本體的綠色化設(shè)計,能源有效利用的設(shè)計,降低能耗的綠色設(shè)計三方面對寒地綠色醫(yī)院建筑設(shè)計進(jìn)行認(rèn)真細(xì)致的研究。并提出有針對性的對策,,希望能夠?qū)ξ磥淼暮鼐G色化醫(yī)院建筑設(shè)計有借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, people's medical concept has been strengthened, and the construction of medical institutions has also shown rapid development. With the continuous progress of hospital equipment and medical technology, the standard of hospital construction is also rising with the improvement of people's medical needs, and the cost of medical construction is also increasing. Medical construction has become one of the largest building types of energy consumption in China. Therefore, the green analysis and exploration of medical buildings is a necessary thinking point for the development of medical buildings, which can promote the green development of medical buildings in China, and have a far-reaching impact on the construction of new medical buildings. First of all, by introducing the research background, domestic and foreign research status and research content, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the architectural design of green hospitals in China. Among them, the development of the concept of sustainable medicine in our country, the standard of building evaluation of green hospital and the demand of green design of cold hospital are expounded. This paper finds out the problems existing in the green construction of cold hospitals, under the guidance of the evaluation standard principles of green hospitals, seeks the combination of economy and quality, and clarifies the content and significance of this study. Then, the author analyzes the characteristics of cold hospital architecture and greening, and concludes that the green design of hospital architecture has the characteristics of the whole process and all elements. Then, from the green design analysis of the scale, function configuration and spatial form of the cold region hospital, the scale, form and function ratio of the basic medical function, subsidiary function and traffic function of the general hospital are analyzed by quantitative analysis method and comparative method. Based on the criteria of "Green Hospital Building Evaluation Standard" and "General Hospital Construction Standard 2004", the optimum value of green hospital building standard and maximum bearing limit is obtained. Thirdly, from the point of view of evaluation system, it is divided into three levels: the interpretation of evaluation index system of green building, the proposal of evaluation index of cold region hospital, and the requirement of green design for cold region hospital. On the level of planning, the layout strategy and the shape coefficient form of the building in cold region are put forward. On the building level of cold region hospital, the specific strategies are discussed from two aspects: energy recovery system and energy utilization system. Based on the inside and outside environment of cold hospital building, two concrete models of green treatment of building environment and optimization of space mode are put forward. It is hoped that it can provide effective measures for the design process of appropriateness. Finally, through the comprehensive analysis of the above factors, through the green design requirements of the established cold hospital, the design strategy of the cold hospital building is studied, and the design of the green design of the ontology and the effective use of energy are introduced. Three aspects of green design to reduce energy consumption are carefully studied on architectural design of green hospital in cold region. The paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping that it can be used for reference and directed to the future design of green hospital in cold region.
