清水混凝土與半框模板的應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:隨著我國建筑業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,規(guī)模龐大的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)正在迅速地改變中國的面貌,社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)建筑作品的要求越來越高,現(xiàn)澆清水混凝土在這方面起到了積極的作用,而清水混凝土更是表現(xiàn)出了素面朝天的優(yōu)質(zhì)品位,國內(nèi)對(duì)此還未有比較成熟的施工工藝技術(shù),而且其施工難度較大,變動(dòng)因素較多,很少被國內(nèi)的業(yè)主和設(shè)計(jì)師采用,加之目前國內(nèi)建筑業(yè)對(duì)清水混凝土認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,真正成功的清水混凝土建筑屈指可數(shù)。通過歸納清水混凝土常見質(zhì)量缺陷起因,分析結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)以往工程的經(jīng)驗(yàn),制定半框模板控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和混凝土施工控制措施,確保清水砼施工的順利完成。從模板工程、測(cè)量放線、混凝土工程等方面對(duì)清水混凝土施工進(jìn)行控制,可以有效地防止清水混凝土觀感質(zhì)量缺陷的產(chǎn)生。 科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力,積極運(yùn)用建筑業(yè)新技術(shù),是施工單位義不容辭的責(zé)任。本文主要采用調(diào)查分析、系統(tǒng)總結(jié)、實(shí)踐證明的方法,對(duì)半框模板的清水混凝土如何進(jìn)行施工控制的實(shí)施進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述。本文結(jié)合了國內(nèi)比較成功的清水砼施工技術(shù),主要分析清水混凝土質(zhì)量控制措施。針對(duì)清水混凝土觀感質(zhì)量的要求,通過介紹半框模板清水砼技術(shù)在民用建筑中的應(yīng)用,探討建設(shè)項(xiàng)目如何推廣此項(xiàng)技術(shù)。萬科云鷺灣II-5地塊項(xiàng)目(15#樓),建筑面積3107.36m2,此工程就運(yùn)用了半框模板體系結(jié)合清水混凝土施工控制,,出色的完成了清水混凝土的效果。成型后的混凝土表面不作任何修飾,強(qiáng)調(diào)混凝土的自然表現(xiàn)機(jī)理,以混凝土自然狀態(tài)為飾面的混凝土。同時(shí)為提高混凝土的耐久性,本工程采取了多項(xiàng)措施加強(qiáng),實(shí)踐證明其效果明顯,大大提高了使用壽命。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the construction industry in our country, the large-scale infrastructure construction is rapidly changing the face of China, and the social environment is demanding more and more construction works. The cast-in-place concrete has played an active role in this respect. And the fair-faced concrete has shown the high quality grade of the plain face toward the sky. There is no comparatively mature construction technology in our country, and its construction is more difficult and varied, so it is seldom adopted by domestic owners and designers. In addition, the current domestic construction industry does not know enough about fair-faced concrete, the real success of fair-faced concrete buildings can be counted. Through summing up the causes of common quality defects of fair-faced concrete and analyzing the characteristics of this project, according to the past engineering experience, the control standard of half-frame formwork and the construction control measures of concrete are formulated to ensure the smooth completion of the construction of fair-faced concrete. To control the construction of fair-faced concrete from the aspects of formwork engineering, measuring and laying line, concrete engineering and so on, can effectively prevent the appearance quality defects of fair-faced concrete. Science and technology is the first productive force, and the new construction technology is used actively. Is the construction unit is duty-bound responsibility. In this paper, the methods of investigation and analysis, systematic summary and practice prove are used to explain in detail how to carry out construction control of half-frame formwork fair-faced concrete. This paper mainly analyzes the quality control measures of fair-faced concrete combined with the successful construction technology of fair-faced concrete in China. According to the quality requirement of fair-faced concrete, this paper introduces the application of half-frame formwork concrete technology in civil buildings, and discusses how to popularize this technique in construction project. Wanke Yunluwan II-5 site project has a building area of 3107.36m2.This project uses the half-frame formwork system combined with the construction control of fair-faced concrete, and the effect of fair-faced concrete is well completed. The surface of formed concrete is not modified, and the natural performance mechanism of concrete is emphasized. At the same time, in order to improve the durability of concrete, a number of measures have been taken to strengthen the project. The practice shows that the effect is obvious and the service life is greatly improved.
