【摘要】:目前,我國的大部分建筑物都是鋼筋混凝土結構,由于自身老化、各種自然災害和人為損傷等原因,使建筑物不斷產(chǎn)生各種結構安全隱患。因此,對已有建筑結構的檢測、維修、加固和改造是國際上普遍關注的問題。在我國,鋼筋混凝土框架結構的檢測、維修、加固改造研究等工作起步較晚,已有結構的安全性評定標準還不完善。因此,對鋼筋混凝土框架結構的檢測、維修、加固改造等方面進一步的研究是十分有必要的。同時,結構檢測鑒定及加固技術的發(fā)展對提高建筑工程的質(zhì)量、節(jié)省國家與企業(yè)的資金和保障企業(yè)生產(chǎn)安全等方面起到了積極的作用。 本文從鋼筋混凝土框架結構的質(zhì)量要求出發(fā),闡述了鋼筋混凝土框架結構檢測的內(nèi)容,并對各種鋼筋混凝土框架結構檢測方法進行了總結和歸納;同時也對加固結構的受力特征進行科學的分析,闡明了結構加固的工作程序;然后對鋼筋混凝土框架結構的主要加固技術如加大截面法、外包鋼加固法、外部粘鋼加固法、粘貼碳纖維法等進行了詳細的介紹。 本文結合參與的加固工程實例,,對混凝土框架結構的檢測、加固改造進行了深入的分析,并結合工程特點選擇了用碳纖維布進行加固的方法,并通過對框架梁、柱的計算對該加固方法進行了進一步研究;同時介紹了碳纖維布加固方法的施工工藝等,對鋼筋混凝土框架結構的加固改造有一定的借鑒作用。 采用ANSYS軟件對碳纖維布加固混凝土簡支梁的受力性能進行了非線性有限元分析,通過加固梁與未加固梁的有限元結果對比分析可以得出:加固梁的抗彎承載力可以顯著提高,此外,相對于未加固梁來說,在同一荷載作用下,加固梁的撓度比未加固梁明顯減小,裂縫和寬度變小,剛度明顯提高,這些都與國內(nèi)外所做試驗結果相符合。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the buildings in our country are reinforced concrete structures. Due to their own aging, natural disasters and man-made damage, the buildings have a variety of structural safety risks. Therefore, the detection, maintenance, reinforcement and reconstruction of existing building structures are of international concern. In China, the inspection, maintenance, reinforcement and reconstruction of reinforced concrete frame structure started late, and the safety assessment standard of existing structures is not perfect. Therefore, it is necessary to study the detection, maintenance, reinforcement and reconstruction of reinforced concrete frame structure. At the same time, the development of structural inspection, appraisal and reinforcement technology will improve the quality of building engineering. Saving the funds of the state and enterprises and ensuring the production safety of the enterprises have played a positive role. This paper expounds the content of the inspection of reinforced concrete frame structure from the quality requirements of the reinforced concrete frame structure. The testing methods of reinforced concrete frame structure are summarized and summarized, and the stress characteristics of reinforced concrete frame structure are analyzed scientifically, and the working procedure of strengthening structure is expounded. Then, the main reinforcement techniques of reinforced concrete frame structure such as increasing section method, external steel reinforcement method, external bonding steel reinforcement method and carbon fiber bonding method are introduced in detail. The testing and strengthening of concrete frame structure are analyzed deeply, and the method of strengthening with carbon fiber sheet is selected according to the characteristics of the project, and the reinforcement method is further studied through the calculation of frame beam and column. At the same time, the paper introduces the construction technology of carbon fiber sheet strengthening method, It can be used as a reference for the reinforcement and transformation of reinforced concrete frame structure. The nonlinear finite element analysis of the mechanical behavior of simply supported concrete beams strengthened with CFRP is carried out by using ANSYS software. By comparing the finite element results of the strengthened and unstrengthened beams, it is concluded that the flexural capacity of the strengthened beams can be significantly increased, in addition, compared with the unstrengthened beams, under the same load, The deflection of the strengthened beam is obviously smaller than that of the unstrengthened beam, the cracks and widths become smaller, and the stiffness of the strengthened beam is obviously increased, which is in accordance with the experimental results made at home and abroad.
