石家莊建筑復(fù)合地基(6σ-P)質(zhì)量管理模型建立及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理是學(xué)術(shù)界經(jīng)常討論的話題,不斷有更好的質(zhì)量管理方法提出。與此同時(shí),在建設(shè)領(lǐng)域,越來越多的人們把科學(xué)的質(zhì)量管理方法的應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐中去,很大程度上提升了建設(shè)工程的質(zhì)量。但是隨著質(zhì)量管理的深入,人們越來越深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到:面對(duì)建筑類型多樣性和地質(zhì)條件的復(fù)雜性,單一、通用的質(zhì)量管理方法不能夠很好的適用,,反而成為管理者的桎梏。為此,本文針對(duì)石家莊建筑復(fù)合地基,建立適應(yīng)本地區(qū)建筑、地質(zhì)特點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量管理模型,為提升石家莊建筑復(fù)合地基質(zhì)量水平,做出貢獻(xiàn)。 本文在搜集、整理石家莊地區(qū)地質(zhì)條件和建筑類型資料的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段石家莊復(fù)合地基的基本類型,找出了本地區(qū)復(fù)合地基常出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,確定了石家莊建筑復(fù)合地基的質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)集;通過對(duì)現(xiàn)階段常用的兩大質(zhì)量管理方法(6σ質(zhì)量管理原理和PDCA循環(huán)質(zhì)量管理)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析,建立了適合石家莊地區(qū)復(fù)合地基質(zhì)量管理的⺌6σ-P⺗模型,并將其應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工程中,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Construction engineering quality management is a topic often discussed in academic circles, and better quality management methods have been put forward. At the same time, in the field of construction, more and more people apply scientific quality management methods to practice, which greatly improves the quality of construction projects. However, with the deepening of quality management, people are more and more aware that in the face of the diversity of building types and the complexity of geological conditions, the common quality management methods can not be applied well, but become the shackles of managers. Therefore, aiming at the composite foundation of Shijiazhuang architecture, this paper establishes a quality management model adapted to the local architectural and geological characteristics, and contributes to the improvement of the quality level of the composite foundation in Shijiazhuang. Based on the data of geological conditions and building types in Shijiazhuang area, the basic types of composite foundation in Shijiazhuang at present are summarized, and the quality problems of composite foundation in this area are found out. The quality control point set of Shijiazhuang building composite foundation is determined, and the advantages and disadvantages of two common quality management methods, I. e., quality management principle and PDCA cycle quality management, are analyzed. The quality management of composite foundation in Shijiazhuang area was established. The model is applied to practical engineering and good results are obtained.
