基于空間句法的長(zhǎng)沙城市商業(yè)中心空間布局研究

【摘要】:城市商業(yè)中心是城市商業(yè)活動(dòng)的主要載體,是城市商業(yè)地理學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃學(xué)等學(xué)科研究的重要內(nèi)容,也是城市商業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行科學(xué)布局的重要依據(jù),,其功能、等級(jí)、結(jié)構(gòu)、形態(tài)的變化都將直接影響著城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)?臻g句法是由倫敦大學(xué)巴利特學(xué)院的比爾.希列爾(BillHillier)等人在70年代發(fā)明的,是一種通過對(duì)建筑、聚落、城市、景觀等空間結(jié)構(gòu)的量化描述。它被運(yùn)用到城市研究的諸多領(lǐng)域,如城市與社會(huì)間的聯(lián)系;城市交通文明;城市土地利用密度;城市中心性研究;城市空間網(wǎng)路化研究,城市道路系統(tǒng)中的行人流量;城市布局特征等。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)把空間句法應(yīng)用于城市商業(yè)布局分析方面尚在起步階段。長(zhǎng)沙作為中部地區(qū)重要的省會(huì)城市,正在經(jīng)歷城市功能轉(zhuǎn)型與商業(yè)空間的重組,建立在空間句法模型分析下的城市商業(yè)中心空間布局研究,對(duì)尋求城市商業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)演變的內(nèi)在規(guī)律具有完善和補(bǔ)充的意義。 全文共分5章,其中重點(diǎn)為3、4、5章,結(jié)論部分對(duì)研究結(jié)果做了概括性的總結(jié)。 第1章緒論。本章概述了論文的研究背景和意義,確定了研究目標(biāo)和方法,構(gòu)建了研究的邏輯框架。 第2章概念辨析和理論借鑒。本章辨析了城市商業(yè)中心、空間布局、空間句法等相關(guān)概念,確定了論文研究的實(shí)例調(diào)查區(qū)域和時(shí)間范圍。此外,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果和理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和辨析。 第3章長(zhǎng)沙城市商業(yè)中心的發(fā)展。本章將長(zhǎng)沙商業(yè)中心發(fā)展分為建國(guó)以前、建國(guó)初期至改革開放前、改革開放至1990年、1990年至今四個(gè)階段。分析了長(zhǎng)沙城市商業(yè)中心的演變過程與空間要素。 第4章長(zhǎng)沙城市商業(yè)中心布局與空間句法軸線的相關(guān)性分析。提取不同時(shí)期空間句法軸線,得到不同時(shí)期主要道路整合度變化圖,分析在發(fā)展過程中的商業(yè)功能變化;分析不同時(shí)期的長(zhǎng)沙城市商業(yè)中心與各時(shí)期全局整合度核心的相關(guān)性;分析長(zhǎng)沙城市商業(yè)中心等級(jí)與空間句法變量的相關(guān)性;分析不同時(shí)期長(zhǎng)沙城市內(nèi)部大型商業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)與各時(shí)期軸線整合度的相關(guān)性;總結(jié)商業(yè)中心布局的潛在規(guī)律,對(duì)2020年長(zhǎng)沙城市商業(yè)中心布局進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)分析。 第5章長(zhǎng)沙商業(yè)空間布局的影響因子分析。本章分析了影響城市商業(yè)中心發(fā)展的5個(gè)影響因子——政府政策、人口因素、地理位置與交通、歷史基礎(chǔ)和消費(fèi)者,指出了現(xiàn)階段城市商業(yè)中心布局存在的問題,提出了解決問題的對(duì)策和發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:The city commercial center is the main carrier of the city commercial activity, is the important content of the city commercial geography, the city planning science and so on discipline research, also is the city commercial space structure carries on the scientific layout important basis, its function, the grade, the structure, The change of form will directly affect the urban spatial structure. Space syntax is by the University of London Barrett College of Bill. Bill Hillier et al., invented in the 1970s, is a quantitative description of the spatial structure of buildings, settlements, cities, landscapes, etc. It has been applied to many fields of urban research, such as the relationship between city and society, urban traffic civilization, urban land use density, urban center, urban space network, pedestrian flow in urban road system; Characteristics of urban layout, etc. At present, the application of spatial syntax in urban commercial layout analysis is still in its infancy. Changsha, as an important provincial capital city in the central region, is experiencing the transformation of urban function and the reorganization of commercial space. The spatial layout of urban commercial center is based on the analysis of spatial syntactic model. It is of great significance to improve and supplement the internal law of the evolution of urban commercial space structure. The paper is divided into 5 chapters, among which 3 parts are focused on 4 chapters. The conclusion part summarizes the research results. Chapter 1 introduction. This chapter summarizes the research background and significance, determines the research objectives and methods, and constructs the logical framework of the research. Chapter 2: concept differentiation and theoretical reference. This chapter discriminates and analyzes the concepts of urban commercial center, spatial layout, spatial syntax and so on, and determines the investigation area and time range of the case study. In addition, the domestic and foreign related research results and theories are summarized and analyzed. Chapter 3 the development of Changsha city commercial center. This chapter divides the development of Changsha Commercial Center into four stages: before the founding of the people's Republic of China, from the beginning of the founding to the reform and opening up to 1990, and from 1990 to the present. This paper analyzes the evolution process and spatial elements of Changsha city commercial center. Chapter 4 analyzes the correlation between the layout of Changsha City Commercial Center and the axis of spatial syntax. Abstract the axis of spatial syntax in different periods, get the change map of the integration degree of main roads in different periods, analyze the changes of commercial function in the process of development, analyze the correlation between the commercial center of Changsha city in different periods and the core of overall integration degree in different periods. This paper analyzes the correlation between the grade of Changsha city commercial center and the spatial syntactic variable, analyzes the correlation between large commercial network in Changsha city and the degree of integration of axis in different periods, summarizes the potential rules of the layout of commercial center, The layout of Changsha city commercial center in 2020 is forecasted and analyzed. Chapter 5 analyzes the influencing factors of commercial space layout in Changsha. This chapter analyzes the five influencing factors that affect the development of urban commercial centers-government policy, population factors, geographical location and transportation, historical basis and consumers, and points out the problems existing in the layout of urban commercial centers at the present stage. The countermeasures and development suggestions for solving the problems are put forward.
