施工期多層模板支撐體系荷載傳遞規(guī)律分析與性能測試

【摘要】:由于城市建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,工程施工速度不斷加快,在施工過程中,主體結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)常在沒有達到設(shè)計強度要求時就開始進行上層結(jié)構(gòu)的施工,因此多層模板支撐體系在施工中被廣泛應(yīng)用。但是由于對該體系認識的不全面,尤其對這種體系的受力性能等缺乏足夠的了解,造成了在實際施工中對多層模板支撐體系配置的不合理、拆除時間和方式的不當?shù)葐栴},由此引發(fā)了很多工程事故。在施工過程中,多層模板支撐體系把新澆筑的混凝土荷載以及施工荷載傳遞到已澆筑好的樓板上。混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)和支撐構(gòu)成了一個臨時承載體系,,它們共同承擔施工時產(chǎn)生的荷載,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)和支撐的內(nèi)力隨時間和支撐形式的變化而改變。因此,多層模板支撐體系的研究對保證工程安全性具有十分重要的意義。 本文以多層模板支撐體系為研究對象,在對多層模板支撐體系進行理論分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過對西安市某實際工程的現(xiàn)場實測,得到了多層模板支撐體系立桿和樓板在整個施工過程中的內(nèi)力時程曲線,證明了多層模板支撐體系是一個隨時間和空間變化而變化的體系。同時,研究了該支撐體系的荷載傳遞規(guī)律以及模板支撐與混凝土樓板共同工作、相互作用的關(guān)系。通過有限元軟件進行數(shù)值分析,計算結(jié)果和實測結(jié)果基本吻合,在規(guī)律上具有一致性,同時指出了數(shù)值計算結(jié)果與實測數(shù)據(jù)存在差異的原因。最后,介紹了一種多層模板支撐體系的簡化分析模型,通過與實測數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)值計算結(jié)果的比較,可知運用該簡化模型對多層模板支撐體系進行分析是可行的。 本文研究成果對多層模板支撐體系的設(shè)計研究和施工具有一定的實際意義。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid development of urban construction and the acceleration of engineering construction, during the construction process, the main structure often starts the construction of the upper structure when it does not meet the design intensity requirements. Therefore, multi-layer formwork support system is widely used in construction. However, due to the incomplete understanding of the system, especially the lack of sufficient understanding of the mechanical properties of the system, the unreasonable configuration of the multi-story formwork support system in actual construction, the improper time and manner of dismantling, etc. This led to a lot of engineering accidents. In the process of construction, the new concrete load and the construction load are transferred to the casted floor by the multi-story formwork support system. Concrete structure and bracing constitute a temporary bearing system, which jointly bear the load generated during construction, and the internal force of concrete structure and bracing changes with time and the form of bracing. Therefore, the research of multi-layer formwork support system is very important to ensure engineering safety. Based on the theoretical analysis of the multi-layer formwork support system, the field measurement of a practical project in Xi'an is carried out in this paper. The time-history curves of the internal force of the stand bar and floor slab in the whole construction process are obtained. It is proved that the multi-story formwork bracing system is a system varying with time and space. At the same time, the load-transfer law of the bracing system and the relationship between formwork bracing and concrete slabs are studied. The numerical analysis by finite element software shows that the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured data, and the reason for the difference between the numerical results and the measured data is pointed out. Finally, a simplified analysis model of multi-layer formwork support system is introduced. Compared with the measured data and numerical results, it is feasible to use the simplified model to analyze the multi-layer formwork support system. The research results of this paper have certain practical significance for the design and construction of multi-layer formwork support system.
