北方地區(qū)既有商用建筑節(jié)能改造技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:對既有建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能技術(shù)改造是有效降低建筑能耗的重要途徑,也是實現(xiàn)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的重要表現(xiàn)形式。我國既有建筑存量巨大,且80年代及其此前竣工的建筑基本沒有采取任何節(jié)能措施,具有熱舒適性差、能耗高等缺點,對這部分至今尚在發(fā)揮使用價值的建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能技術(shù)改造勢在必行。 本文結(jié)合作者主持完成的既有商用建筑節(jié)能改造項目,參考國內(nèi)外在該領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究,以既有商用建筑的節(jié)能改造為研究對象,論證了對既有商用建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能技術(shù)改造的必要性和可行性,認(rèn)為對此加以節(jié)能技術(shù)改造可產(chǎn)生顯著的社會效益、經(jīng)濟效益和生態(tài)效益,在顯著降低既有建筑能耗的同時還可以提高其使用的舒適性。全文分5個大部分: 第一部分主要論述對既有商用建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能技術(shù)改造的必要性和內(nèi)涵。第二部分主要研究國內(nèi)外對既有商用建筑實施節(jié)能技術(shù)改造的概況。第三部分主要是論述對既有商用建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能技術(shù)改造的原則和途徑。第四部分結(jié)合作者主持完成的沈陽市TESCO樂購店的改擴建工程,例析節(jié)能技術(shù)在既有商業(yè)建筑改造中的運用。第五部分為結(jié)論。 對既有商用建筑進(jìn)行建筑節(jié)能改造,是一項綜合性的系統(tǒng)工程,涉及設(shè)計、管理、政策法規(guī)、施工等眾多部分,也涉及建筑技術(shù)、能源技術(shù)、仿生技術(shù)、智能技術(shù)、廢物再利用技術(shù)。而且,對既有商用建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造應(yīng)尊重自然環(huán)境,應(yīng)具備生態(tài)建筑思想,將節(jié)能技術(shù)運用于設(shè)計的每一個環(huán)節(jié),科學(xué)設(shè)計出更多符合時代發(fā)展、符合節(jié)能要求,具有高效節(jié)能效果的改造方案,使建筑節(jié)能改造上升到更新的高度和新的深度。
[Abstract]:Energy-saving technical renovation of existing buildings is an important way to effectively reduce building energy consumption, and also an important manifestation of circular economy. The existing buildings in our country have a huge stock, and the buildings completed in the 1980s and before have basically not taken any energy-saving measures, which have the disadvantages of poor thermal comfort, high energy consumption, and so on. It is imperative to carry out energy-saving technical renovation of buildings which are still exerting use value in this part up to now. In this paper, the author of the existing commercial building energy-saving transformation project, referring to the domestic and foreign related research in this field, the existing commercial building energy-saving transformation as the research object, The necessity and feasibility of retrofitting the existing commercial buildings with energy-saving technology are demonstrated, and it is considered that the retrofit of energy-saving technology can bring about remarkable social, economic and ecological benefits. At the same time, it can significantly reduce the energy consumption of existing buildings and improve its comfort. The full text is divided into five parts: The first part mainly discusses the necessity and connotation of energy-saving technical renovation of existing commercial buildings. The second part mainly studies the domestic and foreign implementation of the existing commercial buildings energy-saving technology transformation. The third part mainly discusses the principles and ways of energy-saving technical transformation of existing commercial buildings. The fourth part analyzes the application of energy saving technology in the reconstruction of existing commercial buildings by combining the reconstruction and extension project of TESCO Tesco store in Shenyang, which was completed by the author. The fifth part is the conclusion. It is a comprehensive system engineering to transform the existing commercial buildings into energy conservation. It involves many parts, such as design, management, policies and regulations, construction, and so on. It also involves building technology, energy technology, bionic technology, intelligent technology, etc. Waste reuse technology. Moreover, the energy-saving reconstruction of existing commercial buildings should respect the natural environment, possess the idea of ecological architecture, apply energy-saving technology to every link of the design, and scientifically design more in line with the development of the times and meet the requirements of energy conservation. The reconstruction scheme with high efficiency and energy-saving effect makes the energy-saving reconstruction of buildings rise to the new height and new depth.
