世遺土樓夯土墻身材料強度無損檢測方法研究

【摘要】:福建客家土樓憑借其特別的建筑特色以及文化底蘊而備受全球矚目。雖然土樓能屹立風雨中幾百年不倒,但隨著時間的推移,越來越多的土樓發(fā)生破壞甚至倒塌,,為了能讓這一象征著古代勞動人民智慧的特殊建筑長存下去,必須對土樓進行具有對應性的修繕以及加強維護。 采用靜三軸試驗和軸向抗壓破壞試驗對從現(xiàn)場采樣而得到的夯土試塊進行力學性質研究,得到了在不同含水率、不同圍壓下直徑39.1mm、高度80mm的圓柱體夯土試樣的三軸試驗破壞模式和邊長為150mm的立方體夯土試塊軸向抗壓試驗的破壞模式,然后與巖石試樣的三軸試驗破壞模式和混凝土試塊軸向抗壓試驗的破壞模式進行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)夯土材料在其正常含水率以及受力情況下呈現(xiàn)出與混凝土等普通建筑材料相似的力學性質。根據(jù)所得出的材料力學性質選取回彈儀作為土墻強度的無損檢測方法,并作出適當改造從而提高了回彈儀的檢測精度。 參照混凝土專用測強曲線的建立方法,采用邊長為150mm的歷史為110年、240年夯土立方體試塊進行室內回彈以及抗壓強度試驗,運用MATLAB數(shù)學分析軟件擬合得到專用于110年、240年土墻強度現(xiàn)場無損檢測的測強曲線和曲線方程式。應用回彈儀對一座歷史為110年的在役土樓的一片土墻進行檢測,并對建筑結構尺寸和所承受荷載進行測量計算,根據(jù)標準計算該土墻安全可靠性系數(shù),評定其承載力安全等級后確定對該土墻所需作出的保護計劃和加固維修措施。
[Abstract]:Fujian Hakka Tulou has attracted worldwide attention because of its special architectural characteristics and cultural details. Although the earth buildings can stand in the wind and rain for hundreds of years, but with the passage of time, more and more earth buildings have been destroyed or even collapsed, in order to make this special building, which symbolizes the wisdom of the ancient working people, to last for a long time. It is necessary to repair and strengthen the maintenance of earthen buildings. Static triaxial test and axial compression failure test were used to study the mechanical properties of rammed soil samples obtained from field sampling. Under different confining pressures, the failure mode of triaxial test and the axial compression test of cubic rammed soil specimen with 150mm side length of 39.1 mm in diameter and height of 80mm, Then compared with the failure mode of triaxial test of rock specimen and the failure mode of axial compression test of concrete specimen, It is found that the tamped soil material shows similar mechanical properties to the common building materials such as concrete under its normal moisture content and stress. According to the mechanical properties of materials, the resilience instrument is selected as the nondestructive testing method of the strength of the earth wall, and the testing accuracy of the rebound elastic instrument is improved by the appropriate modification. Referring to the method of establishing concrete strength measurement curve, the indoor springback and compressive strength tests of rammed soil cube test blocks with the history of 110 years and 240 years of side length 150mm are carried out. The curve and equation of strength measurement for 110 years and 240 years of soil wall strength field nondestructive testing were obtained by using MATLAB mathematical analysis software. The earth wall of an existing earth building with a history of 110 years has been tested by using an elastic recoil, and the structural size and load of the building have been measured and calculated, and the safety and reliability coefficient of the earth wall has been calculated according to the standard. After assessing the safety grade of bearing capacity, the protection plan and reinforcement and maintenance measures for the earth wall are determined.
