煤矸石—黑滑石—鋁礬土制備低膨脹高紅外瓷質(zhì)衛(wèi)生陶瓷的初步研究

【摘要】:本課題創(chuàng)新地在衛(wèi)生陶瓷坯體和釉料配方中較大量采用江西萍鄉(xiāng)煤矸石廢料和廉價(jià)的劣質(zhì)原料江西廣豐黑滑石為主要原料,并在坯體中引入鋁礬土等原料,采用正交試驗(yàn)法、單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,制備了一種膨脹系數(shù)低、強(qiáng)度高、紅外輻射率高的瓷質(zhì)衛(wèi)生陶瓷,技術(shù)指標(biāo)達(dá)到:熱膨脹系數(shù)為(2.99-3.20)×10-6/℃,紅外輻射率在0.9-0.96,抗折強(qiáng)度在60MPa以上,燒成范圍為1230-1270℃,吸水率為0.5%。通過(guò)XRD、紅外輻射率測(cè)量?jī)x(IR)及其它常規(guī)測(cè)試等手段分析,結(jié)果表明:坯體顯微結(jié)構(gòu)中以堇青石為主晶相,使得制品具有較低的熱膨脹系數(shù)和較高的紅外輻射率;在燒成范圍內(nèi),隨著煤矸石和黑滑石用量的變化,樣品的紅外輻射率波動(dòng)并不會(huì)很大,但隨著燒成溫度的變化,樣品的紅外輻射率會(huì)有相應(yīng)變化;菱鎂礦的引入,對(duì)降低熱膨脹系數(shù)是有幫助的,但用量不能超過(guò)3%;通過(guò)對(duì)坯體泥漿解凝劑的優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn),泥漿的解凝劑用腐殖酸鈉為好,用量為0.5%;坯體泥漿中加入三聚磷酸鈉和木質(zhì)素磺酸鈉的復(fù)合增強(qiáng)劑,加入量各為0.15%,生坯強(qiáng)度達(dá)到2.45MPa,相比于沒(méi)加增強(qiáng)劑時(shí)樣品生坯強(qiáng)度增加了206%。利用煤矸石和黑滑石為主要原料來(lái)制備瓷質(zhì)衛(wèi)生陶瓷,產(chǎn)品的熱膨脹系數(shù)低能夠延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品的使用壽命、提升產(chǎn)品的使用環(huán)境,并具有功能化的高紅外輻射率,對(duì)人們的健康非常有利,在以往還沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)過(guò)對(duì)低膨脹高紅外性能衛(wèi)生陶瓷的研究。而且較大量地在坯體和釉料中使用煤矸石廢料,開(kāi)辟了廢物利用的新途徑,對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)和工業(yè)廢物的資源化利用有積極意義。
[Abstract]:In the formulation of sanitary ceramic body and glaze, the main raw material is a large number of Jiangxi Pingxiang coal gangue waste and cheap and low quality raw materials, Jiangxi Guangfeng black talcum as the main raw material, and bauxite is introduced into the blank body. The orthogonal test method and single factor experiment method are adopted to make a kind of low expansion coefficient, high strength and red. The technical indexes of ceramic health ceramics with high external radiation rate are: thermal expansion coefficient (2.99-3.20) * 10-6/ C, infrared radiation rate at 0.9-0.96, flexural strength above 60MPa, the firing range of 1230-1270, 0.5%. through XRD, infrared radiometric measuring instrument (IR) and other conventional tests. The results show that the blank body is microscopic. In the structure, the cordierite is the main crystalline phase, which makes the product have lower thermal expansion coefficient and high infrared radiation rate. In the firing range, with the change of coal gangue and black talc, the fluctuation of infrared radiation rate of the sample will not be very large, but with the change of the sintering temperature, the infrared radiant rate of the sample will change correspondingly; magnesite It is helpful to reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion, but the amount can not exceed 3%. Through the optimization experiment on the slurry depressant, the depressant of the mud is good with sodium humic acid and the dosage is 0.5%; the compound strength agent with sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium lignosulfonate in the slurry is 0.15%, and the strength of the billet is up to 2.45MP A, compared to the increase of the strength of the sample, the strength of the sample is increased by 206%. with the coal gangue and the black talcum as the main raw material to prepare the ceramic sanitary ceramics. The low thermal expansion coefficient of the product can prolong the service life of the product, improve the use environment of the product, and have the function of the Gao Hong external radiation rate, which is very favorable to people's health. There has not been a study of low expansion and high infrared health ceramics, and the use of gangue waste in body and glaze has opened up a new way for waste utilization, and has a positive significance for environmental protection and the utilization of industrial waste.
