【摘要】：城市空間結構是城市空間發(fā)展演變所表現(xiàn)出來的城市系統(tǒng)中各組成部分或各要素之間的關聯(lián)方式。自市場經濟體制建立以來，特別是進入90年代以來，我國大城市空間開發(fā)進入高速發(fā)展階段，在集聚與擴散的雙重作用下，城市空間的發(fā)展已跳出中心城區(qū)的范疇，這導致在城市都市區(qū)層面，空間結構模式發(fā)生了巨大的變遷，展現(xiàn)出新的時代特性。因此，在轉型期，總結梳理當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間結構演變的形式特征、動力機制、規(guī)劃模式及發(fā)展趨勢，并對如何構建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的大城市都市區(qū)空間結構模式提出一定的優(yōu)化策略，具有一定的理論和實踐意義。 本文以我國典型的大城市為實證研究對象，以各城市總體規(guī)劃確定的都市區(qū)界線為空間研究范疇，采用歸納總結、演繹分析方法，重點研究下列內容：①當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間發(fā)展的形式與特征；②當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間發(fā)展的反思與檢討；③當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間發(fā)展的動力機制；④當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間結構規(guī)劃模式；⑤當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間結構優(yōu)化重組策略。 本文從城市內部空間的解體重組以及城市外部空間的快速擴張兩個層面分析當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間發(fā)展的形式與特征，并對其進行反思與檢討；其次，提出“綜合干預分析模型”，從新制度經濟學的視角剖析當代我國大城市都市區(qū)空間發(fā)展的動力機制；同時總結歸納出五種不同的大城市都市區(qū)空間結構規(guī)劃模式，即帶狀式空間結構模式、組合式空間結構模式、團塊式空間結構模式、環(huán)狀式空間結構模式、簇群式空間結構模式；最后，以構建具有彈性生長、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的大城市都市區(qū)空間結構模式為目標，提出“多中心、組團式、網絡化”的總體城市空間結構模式，，并分別從公共中心結構、功能用地布局、道路交通結構、生態(tài)空間結構四層面提出相應的優(yōu)化重組策略。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the market economic system , especially since the 1990s , the development of urban space has entered the high - speed development stage .

This paper takes the typical metropolitan area of China as the empirical research object , and takes the urban boundary line as the spatial research category in the overall planning of each city , and adopts the inductive summary and the deduction analysis method , and focuses on the following contents : ( 1 ) the form and characteristics of the spatial development in the urban metropolitan area of our country ;
( 2 ) Reflection and review on the development of urban space in the metropolitan area of China ;
( 3 ) The dynamic mechanism of urban spatial development in the metropolitan area of China ;
( 4 ) the spatial structure planning model of metropolitan metropolitan area in contemporary China ;
( 5 ) The strategy of optimizing the spatial structure of metropolitan metropolitan area in contemporary China .

This paper analyzes the form and characteristics of urban spatial development in the metropolitan area of our country from the disintegration of the inner space of the city and the rapid expansion of the city ' s outer space , and makes a reflection and review on it .
Secondly , a comprehensive intervention analysis model is put forward to analyze the dynamic mechanism of urban spatial development in the metropolitan area of China from the perspective of new institutional economics ;
At the same time , five different urban spatial structure planning modes are summarized , that is , the belt - like spatial structure model , the combined space structure model , the block type space structure mode , the annular space structure mode and the cluster space structure mode ;
Finally , to construct the urban spatial structure model with elastic growth and sustainable development , the paper puts forward the general urban spatial structure model of " multi - center , group and network " , and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies from the public center structure , the function land layout , the road traffic structure and the ecological space structure .
