【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)形成于漫長的城市發(fā)展過程中,是城市中十分珍貴的歷史遺產(chǎn),凝聚了城市的歷史文化,體現(xiàn)了城市獨特的風(fēng)貌,是城市文明的見證。然而近年來我國城市建設(shè)加快,許多歷史街區(qū)由于保護不當(dāng)而受到了沖擊,在歷史街區(qū)的更新中包含有兩個難以回避的相互對立的過程：即更新和保護,更新的目的是為了讓街區(qū)更適應(yīng)城市經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,而保護則是為了要遏制變化來保護歷史建筑和街區(qū)的原有特色。如何能讓歷史街區(qū)在保持自身特色的同時又不斷的自我完善更新,找到這樣一種合理的途徑是緊迫又有意義的課題。 鄭州市是我國歷史文化名城之一,書院街歷史街區(qū)作為鄭州市現(xiàn)存少數(shù)具有一定規(guī)模的歷史街區(qū),并且處于城市的中心地段,在鄭州的歷史和現(xiàn)有的發(fā)展格局中占有十分重要的地位,街區(qū)內(nèi)存有豐富的點狀歷史遺存,并且背靠著商代城墻遺址,具有濃郁的歷史文化氛圍。但目前書院街的發(fā)展落后于城市的建設(shè),物質(zhì)形態(tài)衰敗,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施陳舊,對建筑的無序改建和加建破壞了傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌。 本文首先對歷史街區(qū)的概念、特征、內(nèi)涵以及相關(guān)理論和研究進行了闡述,為后文的研究提供理論基礎(chǔ),然后以鄭州市書院街歷史街區(qū)為例,闡述了書院街歷史街區(qū)的形成與發(fā)展歷程,分析了該街區(qū)目前存在的問題及其在城市發(fā)展中面臨的主要矛盾,運用有機更新、微循環(huán)等科學(xué)的理論、原則和方法,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)案例提出解決策略和詳細(xì)的整治方法。
[Abstract]:Historical block formed in the long process of urban development, is a very precious historical heritage of the city, condensed the city's history and culture, reflected the city's unique style and features, is the witness of urban civilization. However, in recent years, the urban construction of our country has been accelerated, and many historical blocks have been impacted by improper protection. In the renewal of historical blocks, there are two opposing processes: renewal and protection. The purpose of the renewal is to make the blocks more adapted to the changes in the urban economic structure, while the protection is to curb the changes to protect the historical buildings and the original characteristics of the blocks. It is an urgent and meaningful task to find such a reasonable way for historical blocks to keep their own characteristics while constantly improving and renewing themselves. Zhengzhou is one of the famous historical and cultural cities in our country. As one of the few existing historic blocks in Zhengzhou, Academy Street is located in the center of the city. It occupies a very important position in the history and the existing development pattern of Zhengzhou. There are abundant spot historical relics in the block memory, and it is backed by the ruins of the wall of Shang Dynasty, which has a rich historical and cultural atmosphere. But at present, the development of Academy Street lags behind the construction of the city, the material form is decaying, the infrastructure is old, and the disorderly reconstruction and addition of the building have destroyed the traditional style and features. In this paper, the concept, characteristics, connotation, related theories and research of the historical block are expounded, which provides the theoretical basis for the later research, and then takes the historic block of the academy street in Zhengzhou as an example. This paper expounds the formation and development course of the historic block of Academy Street, analyzes the existing problems and the main contradictions in the development of the city, and applies the scientific theories, principles and methods of organic renewal, microcirculation, etc. Combined with the relevant cases at home and abroad to put forward the solution strategy and detailed treatment methods.
