新型泡沫混凝土復(fù)合砌塊的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目前,全球的能源問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)峻,,關(guān)于如何更好地利用與節(jié)約能源成了專家與學(xué)者所關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。單一材料的砌塊形式很難滿足建筑節(jié)能保溫方面越來(lái)越苛刻的要求,因此新型保溫砌塊的提出與發(fā)展迫在眉睫。通過(guò)采用不同材料復(fù)合這種形式,充分利用不同材料的優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為了新型保溫砌塊發(fā)展的新思路。 本文總結(jié)了大量現(xiàn)有新型復(fù)合保溫砌塊的構(gòu)造形式,通過(guò)觀察對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)大多數(shù)新型砌塊構(gòu)造上都沒(méi)有很好的阻斷熱橋,大大降低了砌塊的保溫性能。因此本文提出一種“三明治”形式的新型復(fù)合夾芯砌塊(下文簡(jiǎn)稱FCB砌塊),其兩側(cè)采用普通混凝土板,芯材采用低密度泡沫混凝土,徹底的阻斷了砌塊內(nèi)的熱橋;以普通混凝土板來(lái)提供砌塊的強(qiáng)度,而泡沫混凝土則提供砌塊優(yōu)秀的熱工性能。 針對(duì)FCB砌塊的構(gòu)造特點(diǎn),參照現(xiàn)行相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)墻體材料的試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)其進(jìn)行大量的試驗(yàn)與研究。通過(guò)抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、兩向抗折強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)以及連接性能試驗(yàn)來(lái)評(píng)定FCB砌塊的力學(xué)性能;通過(guò)測(cè)量砌塊密度、含水率以及計(jì)算與預(yù)測(cè)FCB砌塊的熱工性能來(lái)評(píng)定FCB砌塊的基本物理性能;通過(guò)軟化性試驗(yàn)、抗凍性試驗(yàn)以及干燥收縮試驗(yàn)來(lái)評(píng)定FCB砌塊的耐久性;通過(guò)砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、砌體沿通縫抗剪強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)以及膨脹螺栓拉拔強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)來(lái)評(píng)定FCB砌塊的使用性;并針對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)中所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出了針對(duì)FCB砌塊的改進(jìn)措施。同時(shí)為使FCB砌塊能夠更好在工程中得到運(yùn)用與推廣,總結(jié)了其在工程使用中的一些建議,并總結(jié)并編制了該砌塊的工程施工構(gòu)造圖集。
[Abstract]:At present, the global energy problem is becoming more and more serious. Experts and scholars pay close attention to how to make better use of and save energy. The single material block form is difficult to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of building energy conservation and thermal insulation, so it is urgent to propose and develop the new thermal insulation block. It is a new idea for the development of new insulation block to make full use of the advantages of different materials by using different materials. This paper summarizes a large number of existing structural forms of new composite thermal insulation blocks, and through observation and comparison, it is found that the thermal bridges are not blocked well in most of the new blocks, which greatly reduces the thermal insulation performance of the blocks. Therefore, this paper presents a new type of sandwich block (hereinafter referred to as FCB block), which uses ordinary concrete slab on both sides and low density foam concrete on both sides of the block, which completely blocks the hot bridge in the block. Ordinary concrete slabs are used to provide the strength of blocks, while foam concrete provides excellent thermal properties of blocks. According to the structural characteristics of FCB block, a large number of tests and studies have been carried out on the wall material according to the existing test methods of relevant standards. The mechanical properties of FCB block were evaluated by compressive strength test, two-direction flexural strength test, splitting tensile strength test and connection performance test, and the density of block was measured. The basic physical properties of FCB block are evaluated by moisture content and the thermal performance of FCB block, the durability of FCB block is evaluated by softening test, freezing resistance test and drying shrinkage test, and the compressive strength test of masonry, The shear strength test along the opening joint of masonry and the tensile strength test of expansion bolt are used to evaluate the serviceability of FCB block, and the improvement measures for FCB block are put forward in view of the problems in the experiment. At the same time, in order to make FCB block better be applied and popularized in engineering, some suggestions in engineering application are summarized, and the construction map of this block is summarized and compiled.
