基坑開挖對(duì)鄰近建筑物的影響及其支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,城市化帶來(lái)了規(guī)模龐大的工程建設(shè)。在城市環(huán)境變得越來(lái)越復(fù)雜的同時(shí),深基坑工程受到了人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的關(guān)注和重視。在深基坑工程施工中,對(duì)鄰近建筑物的影響變得越來(lái)越不可忽視,這關(guān)系到工程質(zhì)量,經(jīng)濟(jì)和安全。為了保證鄰近深基坑建筑物的安全,同時(shí)確保深基坑工程順利施工,本文著重研究了鄰近深基坑建筑物的變形規(guī)律,而深基坑施工對(duì)鄰近建筑物的影響主要體現(xiàn)在沉降和由沉降導(dǎo)致的傾斜上,因此筆者重點(diǎn)研究了鄰近建筑物的沉降規(guī)律。本文深基坑工程支護(hù)方式采用樁錨支護(hù),樁錨支護(hù)也以其工程適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為了沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)基坑工程中廣泛應(yīng)用的支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系。但是在基坑工程設(shè)計(jì)中,存在著兩種極端的現(xiàn)象:一是由于設(shè)計(jì)盲目減小參數(shù)而潛在工程安全隱患,甚至誘發(fā)工程事故,特別是引起鄰近建筑物、道路以及水、電、煤氣管網(wǎng)等生命線工程的破壞,造成重大經(jīng)濟(jì)損失;二是支護(hù)選型和設(shè)計(jì)極為保守,造成不必要的浪費(fèi)。為了尋求既經(jīng)濟(jì)又安全的支護(hù)方案,采用正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬的方法,對(duì)深基坑支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以期對(duì)實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)和施工起到一定的參考作用。本文以沈陽(yáng)中海寰宇基坑施工項(xiàng)目為依托,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及相關(guān)成果如下:依據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),采用圖表方法分析得出樁頂水平位移、樁頂沉降的變形規(guī)律、周邊地表沉降規(guī)律:并結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬分析方法,得出了沈陽(yáng)地區(qū)(砂土)鄰近深基坑建筑物的沉降規(guī)律;采用等值梁法和正弦定理對(duì)深基坑工程的樁長(zhǎng),樁嵌固深度,錨桿長(zhǎng)度,錨桿錨固長(zhǎng)度進(jìn)行計(jì)算,與基坑設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)存在優(yōu)化的可能性和必要性;采用正交試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法,依據(jù)工程設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),以鄰近建筑物沉降值作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)深基坑工程的支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, urbanization has brought a large scale of engineering construction. As the urban environment becomes more and more complex, people pay more and more attention to deep foundation pit engineering. In the construction of deep foundation pit, the influence on the adjacent buildings becomes more and more important, which is related to the quality, economy and safety of the project. In order to ensure the safety of the adjacent deep foundation pit buildings and ensure the smooth construction of the deep foundation pit engineering, the deformation law of the adjacent deep foundation pit buildings is studied in this paper. The influence of deep foundation pit construction on the adjacent buildings is mainly reflected in the settlement and the inclination caused by the settlement, so the author focuses on the settlement law of the adjacent buildings. In this paper, pile-anchor support is adopted in deep foundation pit engineering, and pile-anchor support is widely used in foundation pit engineering in Shenyang area because of its strong engineering adaptability and so on. However, in the design of foundation pit, there are two extreme phenomena: one is the potential hidden danger of engineering safety due to blind reduction of design parameters, and even cause engineering accidents, especially the adjacent buildings, roads, water and electricity. The destruction of lifeline engineering such as gas pipe network causes great economic loss, and second, the type selection and design of support are extremely conservative, resulting in unnecessary waste. In order to find an economical and safe support scheme, orthogonal test combined with numerical simulation is used to optimize the parameters of deep foundation pit support structure, which is expected to play a certain reference role in practical engineering design and construction. Based on Shenyang Zhonghai Global Foundation Pit Construction Project, the main research contents and related results are as follows: according to the measured data of the project, the horizontal displacement of pile top and the deformation law of pile top settlement are obtained by using chart method. The settlement law of surrounding ground surface: combined with numerical simulation and analysis method, the settlement law of adjacent deep foundation pit buildings in Shenyang area (sand soil) is obtained, and the pile length and embedded depth of deep foundation pit engineering are studied by using equivalent beam method and sinusoidal theorem. Comparing with the design parameters of foundation pit, it is found that it is possible and necessary to optimize the parameters of supporting structure, and the method of combining orthogonal test and numerical simulation is used to calculate the length of anchor and anchor length of anchor, according to the engineering design parameters, Taking the settlement value of adjacent buildings as the evaluation index, the parameters of support structure of deep foundation pit engineering are optimized.
