【摘要】：科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村是推進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)過程中產(chǎn)生的優(yōu)秀典范。建設(shè)科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村是創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式的重要體現(xiàn),有利于發(fā)展高效生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè),有效地促進(jìn)了農(nóng)業(yè)增效、農(nóng)民增收；建設(shè)科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村有利于提高農(nóng)民的綜合素質(zhì),培育現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)主體,引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民走出一條經(jīng)濟(jì)高效、產(chǎn)品安全、資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好、技術(shù)密集、人力資源優(yōu)勢(shì)得到充分發(fā)揮的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)新路子。 浙江省對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村的建設(shè)非常重視。本論文以浙江山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村為研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查,以當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)建設(shè)、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)民俗特點(diǎn)等為研究切入點(diǎn),利用長濂村現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)資料,再加上實(shí)際調(diào)查的內(nèi)容對(duì)其科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村建設(shè)進(jìn)行分析,得出以下結(jié)論。 (1)本文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外新農(nóng)村的理論研究和建設(shè)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外新農(nóng)村建設(shè)值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了國內(nèi)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)其目前存在的問題,并提出了如何解決這些問題的相應(yīng)措施。 (2)長濂村是一個(gè)歷史悠久、文化厚重的村落,本次研究針對(duì)長濂村特有的自然、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件,對(duì)長濂村的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)、社會(huì)事業(yè)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),歸納了長濂村山區(qū)科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村建設(shè)方法。 (3)通過對(duì)長濂村科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村建設(shè)的分析,總結(jié)了長濂村在山區(qū)科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村建設(shè)過程中存在的問題,并提出了相關(guān)解決方法,同時(shí)對(duì)山區(qū)科學(xué)發(fā)展示范村建設(shè)提出了建議措施。
[Abstract]:The demonstration village of scientific development is an excellent example in the process of promoting the construction of new countryside. The construction of a demonstration village for scientific development is an important embodiment of innovative agricultural development, which is conducive to the development of efficient ecological agriculture, effectively promotes agricultural efficiency and increases farmers' income, and the construction of a scientific demonstration village is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of farmers. To cultivate the main body of modern agricultural entrepreneurship and guide farmers to take a new road of modern agriculture, which is economic and efficient, product safety, resource saving, environment friendly, technology intensive and human resource advantage fully developed. Zhejiang Province attaches great importance to the construction of scientific development demonstration village. This paper takes the countryside of Zhejiang mountainous area as the research object, through the field investigation, takes the local economic development, the social construction, the local custom characteristic as the research breakthrough point, utilizes the Changlian village existing related information. In addition, the contents of the actual investigation on the scientific development of demonstration village construction are analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn. 1) by analyzing the theoretical research and construction development of the new countryside at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the experience of the new rural construction at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the new countryside at home and abroad. And put forward how to solve these problems corresponding measures. Changlian Village is a village with a long history and a heavy culture. This study has analyzed and summarized the economic, industrial and social undertakings of Changlian Village in the light of its unique natural, social and economic conditions. This paper summarizes the construction method of the demonstration village of scientific development in the mountain area of Changlian Village. Based on the analysis of the construction of the demonstration village for the scientific development of Changlian village, the problems existing in the construction of the demonstration village of scientific development in the mountainous area are summarized, and the relevant solutions are put forward. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward for the construction of demonstration village of scientific development in mountainous area.
