【摘要】：正如果我們將世界上的文明比喻成由馬賽克組成的色彩斑斕的圖案,則有些是光彩奪目,吸引世人目光,被人反復(fù)欣賞;有些則在暗背處發(fā)出幽幽光芒,較少被人注意。南太平洋的島嶼長期遠離主要陸地,歷史地理文獻匱乏,建筑學(xué)記錄更是闕如,卻引起兩位澳大利亞學(xué)者的敏銳注意,泰勒(Jennifer Taylor)和考訥(James Conner)教
[Abstract]:If we compare the civilizations of the world to the colourful designs of mosaics, some of them are dazzling, attracting the eyes of the world, and they are appreciated over and over again, while others give off a faint light in the dark, less noticed. The islands of the South Pacific have long been far from the main land, lack of historical and geographic documentation, and lack of architectural records, but have drawn the keen attention of two Australian scholars, the teachings of Jennifer Tayloror and James Conner.
