變壓變頻電梯驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)分析及良率提升研究

【摘要】:電梯技術(shù)日新月異,,隨著人類生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展,電梯技術(shù)也在不斷地跟進。而電梯技術(shù)在行業(yè)內(nèi)也是多種多樣的。本文的研究對象是變頻變壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的電梯驅(qū)動,該系統(tǒng)具有舒適、節(jié)能、平層精度高、功率因數(shù)高等諸多優(yōu)點,并且在現(xiàn)代建筑領(lǐng)域,已經(jīng)成為了各大廠商爭相使用的驅(qū)動形式。本文的目標就是針對該系統(tǒng)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)當前技術(shù)實現(xiàn)上存在的不安全因素,以解決客戶提出的良率問題。 本文研究的重點是電梯系統(tǒng)的交直交驅(qū)動模式,論文首先回顧了電梯系統(tǒng)的歷史繼承和發(fā)展,總結(jié)了各種設(shè)計的特點和優(yōu)勢,并對交直交驅(qū)動模式設(shè)計在應(yīng)用上進行了較為仔細的分析。隨后,對于核心的驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)部分,分別從原理和工程兩個層次進行了整體系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、構(gòu)建以及最終的實現(xiàn)最后針對于IGBT的損毀問題進行了分析研究,通過MathWorks軟件中的Simulink模塊對于系統(tǒng)的脈沖寬度調(diào)制輸出波形進行了模擬仿真,通過調(diào)節(jié)載波頻率研究諧波對于整個輸出的影響,改善了IGBT的良率問題,客戶EFR的數(shù)據(jù)進一步驗證了改善良率的方法是有效的。本文的研究對于變頻變壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的安裝調(diào)試以及安全運營提供了保障,對實際工作具有較強的指導作用。
[Abstract]:Elevator technology changes with each passing day, with the development of human production, elevator technology is also constantly follow-up. Elevator technology in the industry is also a variety of. The research object of this paper is elevator drive of variable-frequency variable-voltage speed regulation system. This system has many advantages such as comfort, energy saving, high level precision, high power factor and so on, and it is also in the field of modern architecture. Has become the major manufacturers competing to use the driving form. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the system and find out the unsafe factors in the implementation of the current technology to solve the problem of yield raised by customers. The emphasis of this paper is the AC / DC drive mode of elevator system. Firstly, this paper reviews the history and development of elevator system, and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of various designs. And AC-DC drive mode design in the application of a more detailed analysis. Then, for the core driving system, the whole system design, construction and final implementation are carried out from the two levels of principle and engineering. Finally, the damage problem of IGBT is analyzed and studied. The pulse width modulation output waveform of the system is simulated by the Simulink module in the MathWorks software. By adjusting the carrier frequency, the influence of harmonics on the whole output is studied, and the problem of IGBT yield is improved. Customer EFR data further verify that the method to improve yield is effective. The research in this paper provides a guarantee for the installation, debugging and safe operation of the variable-frequency variable-voltage speed regulation system, and has a strong guiding effect on the practical work.
