【摘要】：正近些年,我國高等教育處于快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,高校的發(fā)展速度和規(guī)模都在不斷擴(kuò)大,但是在教學(xué)條件、科研條件以及生活條件上用房的緊張問題不斷突顯,成為制約高校發(fā)展的一個(gè)難題。為了解決這一矛盾,國家加大了對高等院校改善辦學(xué)條件的財(cái)政支持,高�；üこ倘缁鹑巛钡拈_展起來,許多院校開始興建教學(xué)樓、實(shí)驗(yàn)室、科研樓、圖書館及相關(guān)配套設(shè)施和老校區(qū)的置換工作,以滿足自身發(fā)展的需要。這些高�；�(xiàng)目的興建,對學(xué)校將來的長期發(fā)展以及師生教學(xué)、
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's higher education is in a period of rapid development, the speed and scale of the development of colleges and universities are constantly expanding, but in terms of teaching conditions, scientific research conditions and living conditions, the shortage of housing is constantly highlighted. It has become a difficult problem restricting the development of colleges and universities. In order to solve this contradiction, the state has increased its financial support for improving the conditions for running schools. The infrastructure projects of colleges and universities are in full swing. Many colleges and universities have begun to build teaching buildings, laboratories, and scientific research buildings. The replacement of libraries and related facilities and old campuses to meet the needs of their own development. The construction of these university infrastructure projects will contribute to the long-term development of the school and the teaching of teachers and students.
