火災作用下錨具對預應力鋼棒錨固性能退化規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:為研究火災作用下錨具對預應力(PC)鋼棒錨固性能退化規(guī)律,完成65組由JXM型錨具、混凝土塊、抗拉強度標準值為970 MPa的7高強PC鋼棒及反力架組成的預應力錨固系統(tǒng)高溫性能試驗,其中29組為裸露錨具高溫瞬態(tài)試驗,18組為裸露錨具高溫穩(wěn)態(tài)試驗,18組為帶防火保護的錨具高溫瞬態(tài)試驗。研究PC鋼棒應力水平(0.2~0.7)、溫度(20~800℃)、防火保護措施(灌漿料封錨、涂抹防火涂料、灌漿料封錨后再涂抹防火涂料)和升溫速率(10.0、26.7℃/min)對錨固性能的影響。裸露錨具高溫瞬態(tài)試驗結(jié)果表明:高溫下錨固系統(tǒng)破壞模式為PC鋼棒在錨具中發(fā)生滑移;PC鋼棒的應力水平越高、溫度越高、升溫速率越大,錨固系統(tǒng)破壞時間越短。高溫穩(wěn)態(tài)試驗結(jié)果表明:溫度低于400℃時,錨固系統(tǒng)破壞模式為PC鋼棒被拉斷,溫度高于400℃時,破壞模式為PC鋼棒從錨具中滑移;高溫后錨具不能再使用。帶防火保護的高溫瞬態(tài)試驗結(jié)果表明:錨固系統(tǒng)破壞模式為PC鋼棒從錨具中滑移,防火保護不改變錨固系統(tǒng)的破壞模式;與無防火保護措施相比,三種保護措施下錨固系統(tǒng)破壞時間均提高100%以上;若將GB 14907—2002《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料》關于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料厚度的要求直接應用于預應力錨具防火,將偏于不安全。
