框架結(jié)構(gòu)輕鋼加層的抗震鑒定加固及抗震分析

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,社會(huì)城市化進(jìn)程的速度加快,城市建設(shè)用地日趨緊張,建筑物的加層擴(kuò)建己經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用。目前在建筑物加層設(shè)計(jì)中,一般都是直接委托設(shè)計(jì)單位對(duì)新加的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行單獨(dú)的設(shè)計(jì),并沒(méi)有將新老結(jié)構(gòu)當(dāng)作一個(gè)整體進(jìn)行考慮。這種新舊分離的設(shè)計(jì)方法,雖然能大大簡(jiǎn)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程,但卻造成了理論與實(shí)際的差異,因此,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體分析是十分必要的。 本文以邯鄲市成安化店教學(xué)樓為工程研究背景,該工程為鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,擬采用輕鋼進(jìn)行加層擴(kuò)建,利用PMSAP有限元軟件對(duì)加層前的框架結(jié)構(gòu)、以及加層后的混合結(jié)構(gòu)這兩個(gè)模型分別進(jìn)行三種不同抗震分析(模態(tài)分析、反應(yīng)譜分析和動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析),找出加層前和加層后的差異。 通過(guò)對(duì)比分析結(jié)果可知:模態(tài)分析中,,原始的框架結(jié)構(gòu)和加層后的混合結(jié)構(gòu),均是前兩階振型對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)起主要控制作用;但加層后的混合結(jié)構(gòu)中部分的平動(dòng)和扭轉(zhuǎn)的幅度比較大,并且在局部出現(xiàn)了屈曲。所以,在加層設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)適當(dāng)?shù)脑黾又g支撐,以增強(qiáng)加層部分的整體剛度。反應(yīng)譜和動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析結(jié)果顯示:加層后結(jié)構(gòu)底層的剪力和軸力都有明顯的增大,同時(shí)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)加層部分的水平位移較大,加層后整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)的水平位移由頂部的加層部分控制,因此,應(yīng)采取一定的構(gòu)造措施,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)頂部進(jìn)行加強(qiáng),保證框架結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。反應(yīng)譜分析結(jié)果還表明:位于混合結(jié)構(gòu)頂部的鋼框架的柱底剪力與柱頂位移大于直接置于地面時(shí)的結(jié)果,建議設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)適當(dāng)增大鋼框架的柱底剪力。本文驗(yàn)證了對(duì)加層后這種混合結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體分析的必要性,為類似結(jié)構(gòu)形式的設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, the speed of social urbanization is quickening, the land for urban construction is becoming more and more tight, and the addition of buildings has been widely used. At present, in the design of adding storeys to buildings, it is usually entrusted directly to the design unit to design the new structure separately, and the new and old structures are not considered as a whole. Although this new and old design method can greatly simplify the process of structural design, it leads to the difference between theory and practice. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze the structure as a whole. In this paper, based on the engineering research background of Cheng'an Hua Dian Teaching Building in Handan City, this project is a reinforced concrete frame structure. In combination with the actual situation, light steel is used to add layer to expand, and PMSAP finite element software is used to analyze the frame structure before adding layer. Three different kinds of seismic analysis (modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and dynamic time history analysis) are carried out to find out the difference before and after adding layer. The results of comparison and analysis show that in modal analysis, the original frame structure and the mixed structure after adding layers are the first two modes that play a major role in controlling the structure, but the amplitude of translation and torsion in the mixed structure after adding layers is relatively large. And buckling occurs locally. Therefore, in order to enhance the overall stiffness of the adding layer, the support between columns should be appropriately increased in the design of the adding layer. The results of response spectrum and dynamic time history analysis show that the shear force and axial force of the bottom layer of the structure increase obviously after adding the layer, and the horizontal displacement of the part of the steel structure added to the layer is larger, the horizontal displacement of the whole structure after adding the layer is controlled by the adding part of the top layer. Therefore, some constructive measures should be taken to strengthen the top of the structure to ensure the safety of the frame structure. The results of response spectrum analysis also show that the column bottom shear force and the column top displacement of the steel frame located at the top of the mixed structure are larger than those of the steel frame placed directly on the ground. It is suggested that the column bottom shear force of the steel frame should be increased when the steel frame is designed. This paper verifies the necessity of overall analysis of this hybrid structure after adding layers, and provides a certain reference value for the design of similar structures.
