【摘要】：近年來(lái)，，中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛，住宅設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)行業(yè)也不斷發(fā)展，但過(guò)快的擴(kuò)張和單調(diào)的流水作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)流程，導(dǎo)致住宅套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)脫離傳統(tǒng)文化和居住者的實(shí)際需求。論文針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀，以南北方地區(qū)為主要研究對(duì)象，嘗試分析探討影響兩地住宅套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)的差異和發(fā)展。 論文首先闡述了我國(guó)地域遼闊,各地區(qū)的氣候環(huán)境、生活習(xí)慣和歷史文化傳統(tǒng)有很大不同,所以選取了有代表性的南北方地區(qū)作為研究的范圍。本文研究分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn)資料以及國(guó)內(nèi)套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀,從地域性、歷史性、房地產(chǎn)商角度以及未來(lái)發(fā)展等方面詳細(xì)探討影響南北方套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)的因素。研究了各個(gè)主要功能空間:門(mén)廳,臥室,客廳,餐廳,廚房,衛(wèi)生間,多功能房,陽(yáng)臺(tái)等,對(duì)比探討這些不同功能空間的南北區(qū)別。結(jié)合本人在實(shí)際工作中參與設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)例、以及比較分析其他案例，對(duì)其項(xiàng)目背景、設(shè)計(jì)理念、設(shè)計(jì)方案和實(shí)施后的效果進(jìn)行比較，提出相關(guān)建議與探索。在研究過(guò)程中可以清楚地看到，人們居住意識(shí)的改變和需求的提高，同時(shí)套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)也在隨著這些變化逐步地發(fā)展和完善。 目前，國(guó)內(nèi)針對(duì)住宅空間設(shè)計(jì)作品書(shū)刊很多，而研究探討南北兩地方套內(nèi)空間異同的理論卻比較少，本文希望通過(guò)對(duì)造成南北方住宅套內(nèi)空間差異因素的分析與總結(jié)，探討其設(shè)計(jì)方法與理念以及未來(lái)發(fā)展方向，為今后住宅套內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)多元化發(fā)展提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the real estate industry in China has developed rapidly, and the related industries of housing design have also developed continuously. However, the rapid expansion and monotonous flow of the design process lead to the separation of the space design in the housing suite from the traditional culture and the actual needs of the occupants. In view of this situation, the paper tries to analyze and discuss the difference and development of the interior space design of housing in the south and north of China. Firstly, the paper expounds that our country has a vast territory, the climate environment, living habits and historical and cultural traditions of different regions are very different, so the representative areas of the North and South are chosen as the scope of the study. This paper studies and analyzes the domestic and foreign relevant theoretical documents and the present situation of the interior space design in China, and discusses in detail the factors influencing the interior space design of the southern and northern jacket from the aspects of regional, historical, real estate and future development. The main functional spaces were studied: foyer, bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, multifunction room, balcony and so on. Combined with the actual work of my participation in the design example, as well as comparative analysis of other cases, to its project background, design concept, design plan and implementation of the results of comparison, put forward relevant suggestions and exploration. In the course of the research, we can clearly see that the change of people's living consciousness and the improvement of their needs, meanwhile, the design of the interior space is developing and perfecting gradually with these changes. At present, there are a lot of books and periodicals on residential space design works in China, but there are few theories to study the spatial differences between the north and the south. This paper hopes to analyze and summarize the factors that cause the spatial difference between the north and the south. This paper discusses its design method, concept and future development direction, which provides a theoretical basis for the diversification of the space design in the housing suite in the future.
