纖維編織網(wǎng)增強混凝土側(cè)面加固偏壓短柱試驗研究

【摘要】:纖維編織網(wǎng)增強混凝土具有耐腐蝕、耐高溫、限裂效果好、施工便捷、幾乎不增加結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸等突出性能而逐漸成為近期研究的熱點。開展TRC側(cè)面加固偏壓短柱試驗,探討偏心距、前期受力歷史和纖維編織網(wǎng)用量對加固效果的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:TRC側(cè)面加固方法適合于大偏心受壓結(jié)構(gòu),偏心距越大,增強效果越明顯;結(jié)構(gòu)前期受力歷史對加固效果影響非常明顯,隨著前期歷史載荷的增大,加固效果明顯減弱;提高纖維編織網(wǎng)用量在一定程度上可以增強加固效果,但增強幅度隨用量的增加呈現(xiàn)出減弱趨勢。在室內(nèi)試驗與相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了纖維編織增強混凝土側(cè)面加固偏壓短柱極限承載力計算方法,計算值與試驗值吻合較好。
[Abstract]:Fiber woven mesh reinforced concrete has become the focus of recent research due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good crack limiting effect, convenient construction and almost no increase in structure size. The influence of eccentricity, the history of preloading and the amount of fiber woven net on the reinforcement effect was investigated by the experiment of TRC side reinforcement of short columns with bias compression. The experimental results show that the WTRC side reinforcement method is suitable for large eccentric compression structures, and the greater the eccentric distance, the more obvious the reinforcement effect is, and the early loading history of the structure has an obvious effect on the reinforcement effect, and with the increase of the historical load in the early stage, The reinforcement effect is obviously weakened and the reinforcement effect can be enhanced to a certain extent by increasing the amount of fiber woven net, but the strengthening range shows a weakening trend with the increase of the amount of fiber weaving net. On the basis of indoor tests and related research results, a calculation method for the ultimate bearing capacity of short columns with eccentric compression strengthened by fiber braided reinforced concrete is proposed. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.
