【摘要】:科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異,導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,建筑工程的質(zhì)量直接關(guān)系著國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)的安全�?梢�(jiàn),建筑的根本命脈在自身的質(zhì)量,也因此建筑質(zhì)量成為了社會(huì)所關(guān)注的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。建筑工程質(zhì)量的控制離不開(kāi)良好的質(zhì)量管理體系的建立,工程管理過(guò)程中,任何一個(gè)小的失誤,都有可能對(duì)于建筑的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生不可挽回的負(fù)面影響,甚至于嚴(yán)重的后果。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量一直是制約建筑業(yè)快速發(fā)展的瓶頸。這是由于建筑施工質(zhì)量的好壞,直接影響著建筑工程本身的實(shí)用性,還直接關(guān)系到其建筑的使用安全,如此,進(jìn)行建筑施工項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策的研究有著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在研究我國(guó)全面質(zhì)量管理存在的問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,以HK培訓(xùn)中心施工項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理研究為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從質(zhì)量策劃、質(zhì)量保證等方面,對(duì)如何提高我國(guó)建筑施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行了初步的的研究,提出了全過(guò)程控制措施,解決目前我國(guó)建筑施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中存在的的問(wèn)題。 本文的主要內(nèi)容有:通過(guò)以國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的的管理的發(fā)展背景為研究起點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了我國(guó)建筑施工質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)際研究;同時(shí)以HK培訓(xùn)大樓的的項(xiàng)目建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的理論知識(shí)系統(tǒng)性的分析了HK培訓(xùn)大樓的項(xiàng)目施工中的管理體系,同時(shí)借鑒與國(guó)際現(xiàn)代化的的工程項(xiàng)目施工先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀,尋找出工程項(xiàng)目管理中的一些突出問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)于問(wèn)題的分析與解決,期望能為相關(guān)的工程項(xiàng)目施工管理提供一個(gè)成功的范本,同時(shí)也為相關(guān)的管理工作提供一定的理論參考。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology has led to the rapid economic development in China. The quality of construction works is directly related to the development of national economy and the safety of people's lives and property. Therefore, the quality of architecture has become a focus of the society. Construction engineering quality control can not be separated from the establishment of a good quality management system, in the process of engineering management, any small mistake, may have irreparable negative impact on the quality of construction products, even serious consequences. For a long time, product quality has been the bottleneck restricting the rapid development of construction industry. This is because the quality of construction has a direct impact on the practicability of the construction project itself, and also directly related to the safety of the use of the building. It is of great practical significance to study the present situation and countermeasures of quality management of construction projects. On the basis of studying the problems existing in the total quality management of our country, this paper takes the quality management research of the construction project of HK training center as the starting point, from the aspects of quality planning, quality assurance, etc. This paper makes a preliminary study on how to improve the quality management of construction projects in our country, and puts forward the whole process control measures to solve the problems existing in the quality management of construction projects in our country at present. The main contents of this paper are as follows: by taking the development background of the quality management of construction projects at home and abroad as the starting point, the actual research on the present situation of construction quality in our country is carried out, and the project construction of HK training building is taken as the research object. This paper systematically analyzes the management system in the construction of HK training Building with the existing theoretical knowledge, and at the same time, draws lessons from the advanced experience of the international modernization project construction, and combines with the actual situation of the project. To find out some outstanding problems in engineering project management, through the analysis and solution of the problems, it is expected to provide a successful model for the construction management of relevant engineering projects, and at the same time, to provide some theoretical reference for the relevant management work.
