【摘要】：為了提高工程機(jī)械發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)-液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)波動(dòng)載荷的自適應(yīng)性及其動(dòng)力性與燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性,對(duì)液壓泵DA、液壓馬達(dá)HA控制原理進(jìn)行了分析,研究了液壓泵DA與液壓馬達(dá)HA聯(lián)合控制原理與控制算法,并進(jìn)行了對(duì)比試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)柴油機(jī)-液壓泵DA控制與液壓馬達(dá)HA控制相結(jié)合能夠提高液壓泵和液壓馬達(dá)適應(yīng)劇烈波動(dòng)載荷的能力;改善了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和液壓馬達(dá)的工作條件,使得發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作在額定工況附近,液壓馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)幅度明顯下降;同時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)節(jié)油效果顯著,提高了整機(jī)的動(dòng)力性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性與工作平穩(wěn)性。研究結(jié)果為波動(dòng)載荷下工程機(jī)械液壓底盤設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論與試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the adaptability of engine hydraulic drive system to fluctuating load and its power performance and fuel economy, the control principle of hydraulic pump DAand hydraulic motor HA is analyzed. The combined control principle and control algorithm of hydraulic pump DA and hydraulic motor HA are studied, and the comparative tests are carried out. The results show that the ability of hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor to adapt to violent fluctuation load can be improved by combining DA control with HA control of hydraulic motor, and the working conditions of engine and hydraulic motor are improved. It makes the engine work near the rated working condition, the fluctuation range of the hydraulic motor speed is obviously decreased, and the fuel saving effect of the engine is remarkable, which improves the power performance, economy and working stability of the whole engine. The results provide theoretical and experimental basis for hydraulic chassis design of construction machinery under fluctuating load.
